Yes, there are certain items that are not eligible for return. These include special orders, custom-made products, and clearance items. Additionally, perishable goods such as food and toiletries cannot be returned. To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, intimate apparel, swimwear, and earbuds/headphones are also non-returnable. Furthermore, any used or altered products, including items with missing parts or packaging, cannot be returned. It is crucial to carefully inspect your purchase upon arrival and report any damages within 48 hours. Please note that returns must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
