If you believe you have been charged for donations that you did not make, you can initiate a refund through the platform you made the donations on. I can no longer donate since my debit card is no longer accepted & I don't have a credit card
We're sorry to hear about your inconvenience. While ActBlue generally accepts most debit cards, there could be specific challenges preventing your transaction. In such a case, we recommend checking with your bank first, as they may have blocked certain online transactions. If you're still having issues, consider alternate forms of payment. ActBlue accepts Paypal, and you can also set up a bank transfer using ActBlue Express. Your support matters and we appreciate your commitment to making a contribution.

I want to cancel my recurring payments for the future.
You can cancel your recurring contributions to ActBlue through your ActBlue Express account. Once logged in, click on the "Recurring" tab at the top of the page. You will see a list of your active recurring contributions. Find the contribution you wish to end and click the "End Recurring Contribution" link. After confirming, your future payments will be cancelled. You'll receive an email confirmation for your records. It's important to remember that ending your recurring contribution doesn't retroactively apply to previous charges. It simply stops future payments.
