T-Mobile AutoPay Details

  • Customers should note that autopay is not an option for clients that have signed up for a "no credit check" plan.
  • Payments are automatically withdrawn two or three days before your payment due date. Clients are not able to change this.
  • Customers are notified via text message or email if their autopay was rejected or could not be processed.
  • Unprocessed payments will be automatically processed again in five business days.
  • Canceling your T-Mobile account doesn't automatically cancel your autopay. Clients need to call into T-Mobile's customer service line to cancel their autopay after canceling an account.
