Chase Home Finance Tip from Upsetandfeedup

“I have been a customer of Chase for nearly 4 yrs, Have my payments on automatice debit not problems. Until recently, apparently they have changed into a new system and the system reversed 3 payments and they stated I was 2 months behind and of course they wanted payment NOW! When I called they attempted to get rude until I started reading off both statements I had recieved; then they want to look into my account harder and realize that oh yes our system messed up, but oh I am sorry our customer service department is closed you will have to call back when they are open so they can fix your account here is debt collections we can't fix it. whatever I am so frustrated with Chase I am about to refinance with my bank this is getting stupid~!! ”
