I can't remember my username or email and I'm trying to pay my bill

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble remembering your login details. Unfortunately, without your username or the email you used to create your NameCheap account, you won't be able to access or pay your bill online. Your best bet is to try and recall or retrieve these details - check your email history, notes, etc. If you can remember the email id but not the username, you can reset your username through "forgot username" on the login page. Once you retrieve your username, you also have an option to reset your password if you cannot recall it. Your bill can then be paid in your account section.
