I recently signed up for a service that uses Payoneer to process payments. I have never used them before, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to like my bank account. The double verification process doesn't seem to be working for me and I don't want to keep entering my bank account information to have it denied.
My first logical thought was that I would call Payoneer to talk to someone. My hope was that we could do some type of live verification process, but that quickly was dashed. I'm sure since they are a payment processor, they have to field a lot of daily requests from people who haven't received funds or other issues. However, they clearly don't receive those complaints via their phone number, because you can't actually talk to a live agent on the phone.
When you call this number, a recorded message responds that says, "Welcome to Payoneer. Thank you for calling Payoneer customer care. To receive assistance please visit our support center on our website where you will find plenty of helpful material that answers most questions and an option to open a live chat or send us an email unless additional help is needed. Thank you."
Immediately after the recording finishes, the phone call is abruptly hung up. I guess I will have to go online to talk to a live agent as suggested, but I'm not too happy about working with a financial institution that I can't personally contact.
