If you made a wrong transfer from your Moniepoint account to your Palm Pay account, the first step is to double-check the transaction details in the Moniepoint app. Ensure the transaction was successful and the details are correct. Then, get in touch with the Palm pay customer service through the app or website. Provide them with all the necessary details regarding the transaction: the amount, exact time, transaction ID etc. They should be able to assist you further. Remember to do this as quickly as possible, as it may get difficult to reverse the transaction after some time has passed.
