This number is no longer an active customer service number. Haband was acquired by the Blair Corporation in 2007, and since then, the Blair brand has absorbed Haband and made it one of its labels. Haband products are still available to purchase through Blair's website, but Haband no longer exists as its own separate entity.

This number is used to direct customers over to the Blair customer service team, which can be reached at 1-800-458-6057. When I dialed this number, I was told that the Haband brand was now available through Blair and that I could switch over to calling Blair if I needed assistance with an order. I was given the phone number twice to confirm I had it, and I was given the option to stay on the line and be switched over to the Blair customer service team if I desired.

A check of this number online links directly to Blair's website for FAQ's about Haband, which reassures customers that they can still order their favorite products from Haband. The Blair number is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m five days a week if you do need customer service on a Haband product.

Overall, I was pleased with the setup of this number. Too many times, a company will leave the old number and then offer customers nothing to get them to the new number. This isn't the case here; a customer has everything they need to get assistance and can even do so without leaving their call.

This number isn't useful for anything but getting the number for Blair, but I would use it for that purpose if I needed it.
