My son has completed iPledge, done his blood work each month as agreed and is on his third month of prescription. The new pharmacy we are using, Publix says that he has not completed iPledge and claims they cannot process the prescription because of this. It is a weekend, so I am unable to get ahold of our dermatologist to help. Can iPledge contact the pharmacy to confirm he has completed necessary steps so he does not have to go all weekend without taking his prescription?
