I am reaching out regarding an order issue I've encountered with the Braun shaver I purchased from US Razor on October 25th. Upon receiving the product on October 29th, I discovered it stopped working on November 9th. After contacting US Razor, they promised to check the shaver, but when I called on November 29th, they hadn't done so. Despite leaving messages during my four follow-up calls, I have not received any response regarding a refund or replacement, as requested by US Razor. My order number is 01-07[redacted]3, and the price paid was $52.99. I continue to await a resolution and hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund. I am calling about unauthorized charges on my account totalling $10.04, $11.18, $29.99, $26.49, and two charges of $10.59. I need to identify the source of these orders and their shipping locations. Please freeze my account to prevent further charges until I can dispute these transactions with the bank and secure my funds.

I purchased the Dior Sauvage 3.4 oz. Eau de Parfum Spray for Men from the seller baitr-54. However, after completing my order and updating information, I received an automated message in French indicating that my bid was blocked due to regulatory restrictions on perfumes and cosmetics. The English translation provided at the end was brief. My main concern is whether the order was successfully placed or not, as this is intended to be a Christmas gift. I need to know promptly so I can reorder from a different seller if necessary. I'd like to mention that it was frustrating to invest time and effort into comparing prices and placing the order, especially since the website, particularly when updating information, is not very user-friendly. It would have been more helpful if this restriction had been communicated upfront.

I recently purchased a Gucci handbag that underwent authentication. Larry P. from the authentication department contacted me, stating that the bag is genuine but is dirty inside. If I do not respond by 12/10, he will return the bag to the seller. Larry sent pictures, but not of the bag I ordered. I am unsure how to contact him and also unsure if the bag is the correct one. If it is dirty inside, I do not want to keep it. The seller advertised the bag in excellent condition. Larry mentioned that I will be refunded if the bag is returned. I appreciate any assistance. I recently updated my phone number on my eBay account to my cell phone, but I am not receiving calls when I have issues. Previously, I received the calls on my landline and now I received the code on my cell phone. However, I am not able to receive calls from eBay, and I received a message stating that attempts to call me were unsuccessful. This issue was occurring even before I disconnected the landline. In February of this year, I bought a computer from MICOMP. Everything was fine for a few months until I experienced issues with internet connectivity and the disk drive not functioning correctly. I contacted MICOMP to address the problems, and there was some back and forth regarding shipping it back to them for repair. Frustrated, I ended up personally shipping it via UPS for $50. However, there was a mix-up with the delivery address at MICOMP, requiring UPS to intervene. They assured me the repair would be expedited, and I expected to have my computer back by September. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates since then, and my warranty is set to expire in February [redacted]. Can anyone assist me with this situation?

I have had a troubling experience with a seller on eBay who has failed to replace a defective unit as promised. Despite their assurances over two weeks, they have not provided any shipping information or tracking number for the replacement item. This is the second seller who has sent me a faulty item and refused to replace it, resorting to threats when I sought eBay's assistance. In their recent email, the seller, direct.power, mentioned sending a new item but expressed concerns about potential misunderstandings. They recommended that I purchase a replacement locally to avoid any issues. However, they stated they would send a new item only if I closed the open case. It's frustrating to encounter sellers who don't fulfill their promises and resort to intimidation when questioned. The seller's behavior is unacceptable, and I believe such practices should not be tolerated on eBay.

I recently fell victim to a scam by user "Gargl71" with my order number being "25-07[redacted]2." I purchased a Big Bratz doll as a Christmas present, only to receive it with an unexpected $70 cash on delivery shipping fee. The seller never mentioned this additional charge. I attempted to request a refund and return the doll after refusing to pay the surprise fee, but the seller closed my case. I am frustrated that eBay does not provide a way to contact them regarding this issue. I feel scammed and want a refund for the money I lost on this purchase meant for Christmas.

The seller deceived me by falsely claiming to have the water heater in stock. They took my information and placed the order with Home Depot instead. Unfortunately, Home Depot never delivered it because the seller failed to provide them with my contact details. As a result, the water heater was returned to Home Depot. I have been waiting for months but have still not received the water heater. This situation constitutes fraud, and I demand a refund. I urge eBay to take action against this seller for fraudulent practices.

I have purchased an item on eBay, and the seller claims they are still waiting for the funds to be available. Despite this, the funds should have been accessible several days ago. I must wait until December 15, [redacted], before I can address this issue. The delivery timeline keeps changing, creating frustration as it seems I might not receive the product whilst the seller has the payment. I am seeking assistance and hope to resolve this as soon as possible. I will contact support with all necessary information. Although I could wait for the resolution process, I am reaching out for help proactively. I aim to resolve this issue promptly.

I received my Lit Faux Birch Tree yesterday, but the box was severely damaged. There was a hole at the bottom of the box, the top was crushed, a big hole in the back was taped, and the left side looked torn and taped. The box looked like it had been opened and retaped. This is not the standard of delivery I expect from your company. I am concerned parts may be missing or broken. I would like to return the item and receive a refund. The seller refuses to refund me even though I received the wrong item. I am happy to cover return shipping, but they won't allow me to send it back. I won't be using eBay in the future and will be letting others know about this unfortunate situation. I won't be paying any extra fees to address this eBay-related problem. Why should I have to pay when it's eBay's responsibility to resolve this issue?

I recently received my order from seller aaccoz15, purchased on Amazon. Unfortunately, the item arrived with a missing part and a note indicating it was a gift from Johanna. After contacting Amazon and being offered a refund of $34.99 instead of the $56.67 I paid, I reached out to E Bay for assistance. E Bay promptly provided a return label to send the item back to the seller, which I did on 30/11/[redacted]. Despite providing the tracking number for the returned item, I have not received any updates after it was delivered to a Post Office box in Para Hills SA. The seller mentioned that the item was on its way to be inspected at "their warehouse" for the refund process, which raises confusion as the item came from Amazon, not the seller. I am eager to receive a full refund of $56.67 as I have diligently followed the refund instructions and am currently at a loss without the item. I hope to have my refund issued promptly.

I have been dealing with a hacked eBay account for some time now and have not received any assistance. A seller named Valfonsecao is using my account even though I have never sold anything on eBay. The most recent purchase I made was over a year ago, which consisted of two bras. I am extremely frustrated by the emails I am receiving addressing me as Valfonsecao. I would like my eBay account to be permanently closed. I am in need of assistance to resolve this matter.

I listed an item as a first-time user and it sold before an eBay purchaser bought it. I never set up a payment option, but now I need to refund the buyer. I've tried all possible ways to resolve this, including attempts to talk to a live person, which has been unsuccessful. I am frustrated, but I can't imagine how upset the buyer must be, as he wants his money back immediately. Please advise on the necessary steps or provide a way for me to speak with someone live to address this problem.

I bought a 2.5oz (75ml) EDT Burberry Sport Spray for Men on eBay from Coastline Beauty on November 5th for $[redacted] USD, but I never received the item. The tracking information shows it was delivered, but it wasn't received. When I contacted the seller, they were not helpful at all. They didn't request the tracking number or investigate further. I purchased a religious studies book on eBay and it was due to arrive on the 22nd of November. The tracking information indicates that the book has been delivered, but I have not received it. The seller suggested checking with my neighbors, who confirmed they do not have the package. I was counting on this book for my exams and am frustrated by its non-arrival. I purchased an amplifier, but received a message notifying me that the item was not available. Requested a refund and heard nothing for over a week. However, today I received an email stating that the item was delivered to my previous address, where I no longer reside. It seems someone else received my package. I was not informed that the package would still be shipped. I have all emails documenting this situation. I would like to receive the item as intended, not a refund.

Yesterday, when trying to make a purchase through PayPal, eBay displayed old credit cards instead of my current one. I canceled the transaction and checked with PayPal, where the correct cards were listed. However, when I returned to eBay, the wrong cards were still showing. Today, PayPal confirmed that the cards they have on file are accurate and advised me to reach out to eBay to rectify the issue.
