I recently opened a bank account with Checks Into Savings and tried their new Insight Mobile Banking Republic of Chicago Debit Visa. Shortly after opening the account, I contacted customer service to set my 4-digit PIN for ATM withdrawals, but unfortunately, I believe someone hacked my account. I am experiencing fraudulent activity and would like to report this issue. Instead of setting my PIN, my phone got locked, preventing me from accessing my funds, which were subsequently withdrawn. I am seeking a refund and would like to close the compromised account. I request that the refunded amount be transferred to a new, secure account for my safety. This technical issue is unprecedented for me, and while I initially considered recommending your services, the recent trouble gives me pause.

My account has been suspended indefinitely without warning because I unknowingly used a VERO copyrighted picture in my listing. I used the image to display the item I was selling, as it was brand new. I was unaware that item specifications could be copyrighted as well. I have reviewed eBay's Terms of Service and take responsibility for my ignorance. I commit to being more careful while using this platform in the future. Given my Above Average rating and the fact that I started using eBay only a month ago, I hope this situation can be considered. Thank you for your attention.

I won an auction on eBay as the only bidder, but the seller canceled. Despite eBay deducting the purchase price, taxes, and shipping from my account weeks ago, I haven't received a refund yet. This morning, while on the phone with an eBay representative, I got disconnected unexpectedly. I simply inquired about when I could expect my reimbursement. We bought a mosquito trap on eBay, but it arrived defective. After contacting the seller, they offered $4 refund but demanded a $74 restocking fee. They became rude and threatening. Despite their actions, they reported us to the police and filed a complaint with eBay. We then purchased two more traps, but $[redacted] was charged without receiving anything. Trying to reach eBay multiple times yielded no results as they keep hanging up on us. We even attempted to return the defective item to eBay corporate in San Jose but they refused. Currently, we are at a loss of nearly $[redacted] with no resolution in sight. eBay has now banned us without providing a proper way to contact them.

I need to update my address to the correct zip code, which is 89[redacted]. Despite my efforts, the incorrect four digits keep reappearing, causing delivery issues in my small town. Due to the necessity of including the PO box number, our local post office has added it to the zip code, making it 89[redacted]. It is crucial for my orders to be sent correctly, as not doing so could result in a loss of over $80. I received a shattered large snow globe, broken into numerous pieces. The seller packaged it in a box with only paper towels and a minimal amount of thin plastic wrap. It appears intentional. I am frustrated and reluctant to communicate with the seller. I am seeking a refund along with the shipping costs from the seller directly. I prefer not to involve USPS for a claim since it is clearly the seller's responsibility. I am concerned that the seller might advise me to contact the postal service, which I wish to avoid. I bought a tree stand that took too long to arrive, so I canceled the order. However, the item still showed up, but it's the wrong size. I made the purchase as a guest, not a member. Even after signing up as a member, I can't find any record of my purchase. I reached out to the seller, who asked me to cancel my missing item claim, but I can't do that without any purchase information available. Can someone assist me with this issue, please?

I purchased a grille for a Kenworth W900 from Adistore1. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it was in a severely damaged box with missing hardware to assemble the grille. I reached out to the seller via eBay messages, provided the order number, and tried to send pictures of the damages. However, eBay's messaging service does not allow me to attach images. I inquired if there was an alternative way to send the pictures, but I have not received a response from the seller since.

I came across an advertisement online for a [redacted] Chevy Silverado Z71, all white and in mint condition, priced at $[redacted]. I contacted the seller, Brenda Ward, regarding the truck. However, after purchasing 4 eBay cards worth $[redacted] each for a total of $[redacted], I was informed that the truck could not be transferred without insurance. Unfortunately, I was not previously made aware of this requirement. Despite leaving multiple messages, Brenda Ward has not responded to my inquiries.

I am having trouble contacting you by phone. I recently created a new account, and you have mistakenly input the wrong name on my profile. Despite multiple attempts to correct my zip code, your system keeps reverting it back to the incorrect address. I am unable to get through to you via email, and it was confusing when I was informed that I didn't have a new account when there is one with the incorrect name. I also encountered difficulty changing my password since your system wanted to send a verification code via text, which is not possible as I do not own a cellphone. You assured me that you would email me the code, but I have not received it. This is my initial interaction with your company, and I am reaching out for assistance. I am 83 years old, disabled, and dyslexic, so it is imperative that this issue is resolved promptly.

I recently listed item [redacted]56 and received an offer from a buyer in Germany for $[redacted]. After exchanging numbers, the buyer requested me to ship the item before sending payment. He then asked me to purchase a $[redacted] gift card to include with the item as a gift and promised to send an additional $[redacted] via PayPal. Realizing it was a scam, I canceled the transaction. I made a purchase on Dec 7th on eBay and tried to contact the seller for three days with no response. After speaking with customer service, I was advised to open a dispute and wait for the seller's response. However, all the email communication with the seller has disappeared, making it impossible for them to respond. I urgently need a refund as this purchase was a gift for a disabled boy in foster care. He has been eagerly waiting for it, and it was already a belated birthday present. I have not received any communication or follow-up from eBay or PayPal, despite repeatedly reaching out. I urge for a prompt electronic reimbursement since the seller seems to have engaged in fraudulent activity. I cannot afford to purchase another gift without being refunded for this one first. I recently had my eBay account suspended due to alleged safety concerns without any clear explanation. I've already sent them a copy of my Driver's License and Bank statement to verify my identity. I suspect my account has been compromised. I am a newcomer to selling and still learning the ropes, but my account has been suspended due to an issue I am unaware of. A quick review of my account will show that I am simply trying to sell some Lego sets, a common item on eBay. I am unsure of what went wrong as I have noticed many similar listings on the site. I have attempted to resolve this through online chat without success. I am feeling anxious because my latest sale has been completed, and the payment is pending after the item was delivered to the customer today. I am in urgent need of assistance as I believe there has been a misunderstanding.

I have verified your account and it appears that it has been suspended due to certain activities that do not comply with eBay User Agreement, such as information provided, buying or selling activity, or account behavior. I have been an eBay member since [redacted] with [redacted] positive feedback. However, I am unsure why my account has been permanently suspended. Here is an excerpt from my recent chat with eBay support. I have been a member for 23 years with [redacted]% positive feedback. I am clueless about the sudden suspension. Could it be due to hacking? I regret to inform you that the suspension on your account is final and cannot be appealed. So, after 23 years, I am banned from eBay forever? Yes, unfortunately, that is correct. Is it possible to speak with a supervisor? I understand your frustration, but the decision is final based on eBay Guidelines. It appears that my account has been suspended due to its alleged connection with another account. Several months ago, I faced a similar issue which I believed had been resolved. I'm looking to return a valuable guitar within the allotted time. Unfortunately, I can only access the eBay return label, which doesn't offer insurance. I've tried to find an option to ship it myself with insurance and then upload the tracking number, but to no avail. The seller hasn't responded to my return request, yet in an eBay message exchange, they mentioned that the return was automatically approved upon submission. How can I ensure the guitar and keep it within the eBay return system?

Hi there, I recently discovered that my eBay account, aec_sports, was permanently banned without any prior warning. I have been an active seller of sports cards for a few weeks and cannot pinpoint any violations that may have led to this sudden action. The notifications I received regarding the ban were quite ambiguous, leaving me confused about the reasons behind it.
