Hello, I recently placed an order with a seller, but unfortunately, when I received the item, it was missing some parts. I reached out to the seller to initiate a return. The seller provided me with a shipping label, and I sent the item back. However, there were delays with UPS, and the seller closed the case before the return was completed. My account got blocked for selling items that many others are also selling. They didn't give a clear reason for the block. Despite reporting identical items to support, they are still listed by others without any problems. It seems like a competitor may have targeted me by reporting my account, as others selling similar items are unaffected. It's confusing that eBay representatives didn't find any issues when reviewing my account.

Hello, I'm having trouble reaching out for help regarding an order I placed on eBay from the seller "seek_n_find" for a Samsung Sky Pro 7 cell phone on December 14, [redacted]. The next day, December 15th, it was shipped via USPS with an estimated arrival date of December 19, [redacted]. The tracking information shows it was received by USPS in Chicago, Illinois, then sent to Danbury Post Office without any further updates. I am experiencing issues with two orders that have not been delivered yet. The order numbers are #18-06[redacted]0 and #14-06[redacted]8, both placed on December 12, [redacted]. I contacted the resolution center and found out that an extension of 10 days was granted to one buyer without notifying me. I have reached out to the post office multiple times, but they have no information on the whereabouts of the packages. Due to this delay, I have had to request a refund as these items were meant to be gifts and I now need to find replacements. Despite contacting the sellers, I have not received much assistance. The extended time frame due to Covid-19 is frustrating, especially considering the automation at the Hazelwood, MO distribution center. I am disappointed with the service from eBay and if these issues persist, I am considering closing my account once I receive the rest of my orders.

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of boots on eBay (listing reference [redacted]62) and unfortunately, they developed a hole within a month of use. Despite reaching out to the seller for a refund, I was informed that returns are not accepted as they are not an "eBay shop." The seller's listing predominantly showcases new boots at prices close to retail. The hole in the boots seemed more like a manufacturing defect in what was labeled as "old stock." My eBay account was permanently suspended without any reason. I have not violated any policies and rules. Please explain the valid cause for this suspension and review my account activities. I am working diligently on my own creations and have not copied others' work. I kindly request to know the exact reason for the suspension and ask for a review to continue using my account for my creations. I greatly enjoy working with eBay and would appreciate clarity on why my account was suspended. Thank you.

I purchased a third brake light for my truck, and according to the tracking information, it was delivered by USPS on December 22nd. Despite visiting the post office twice, the vendor is unwilling to resend the light or provide a refund. I have also reported this to eBay, who is reviewing the tracking details. I have informed the vendor that I will take legal action for theft of service if they do not resolve the issue. I am simply seeking either the light or a refund, as I value my hard-earned money. eBay's involvement in resolving this matter is also being scrutinized.

I have a buyer who did not pay for her item. After 8 days, eBay opened and closed an unpaid case. She never informed me that she was waiting on another item. I mentioned that I would relist the item for her, but not as a Buy Now. She has yet to pay for the other two items. After sending her an invoice for a total of $6.00 for the two items, she requested cheaper shipping, which I tried to accommodate by downsizing the box, but the shipping cost remained the same via USPS Ground. Now, eBay is instructing me to ship the first unpaid item to maintain my seller standards, and they have opened another case for the second item. Dealing with this situation has been overwhelming, and I even contemplated absorbing the cost and shipping the item just to resolve it. I find this whole experience very disheartening.

I placed two orders for the same part and immediately canceled them. One order number was 06[redacted]5. I promptly canceled this order and received an email confirmation. Subsequently, I got a follow-up email indicating it was not canceled, but I then received another email confirming a credit for $30.95. Regarding the second order, with the number 06[redacted]9 and cost of $19.12, I canceled it immediately and received a confirmation email. However, the amount was still deducted from my account. I requested a prepaid return form, but the one provided stated I would lose the original $5.00 shipping charge and need to pay an additional $2.76 for the return. While both orders were canceled simultaneously, the order 06[redacted]9 was shipped erroneously. I am requesting a prepaid return mailer to send it back and for the full amount of $19.12 to be credited back to my account.

I recently purchased a bike on eBay, but my order was canceled due to the seller being out of stock. Someone claiming to be an eBay representative contacted me, offering the same bike for $60 less via an eBay gift card. They wanted me to purchase the gift card to unfreeze my account. They also insisted I download AnyDesk and Cash App, which I found unnecessary. Despite my willingness to pay the full price, the representative continued to push for the gift card payment method. I encountered similar issues when speaking to another eBay customer service agent. The situation escalated when the representative used inappropriate language towards me. I am a long-time eBay customer and have always used my credit cards for purchases. I simply want my account and credit cards unlocked to buy the Pacific Stratus bicycle in the traditional manner. I request that eBay address this matter and rectify the situation promptly.

We purchased an exercise twistcoil bar in May and June of [redacted] as a birthday gift but have not received it due to a warehouse flood. The item cost around $25 with tax. We demand it be delivered promptly. My spouse is upset, and we are considering legal action for product fraud if it is not resolved soon. We request that the shipping cost be waived, the item be sent overnight, and possibly a replacement be included due to the prolonged delay. Elena F. made the purchase. I placed an order for a tattoo gun, with a promised delivery date of December 11 at [redacted] Railroad Rd Wartrace Tennessee [redacted]. However, I have yet to receive my order. Despite being informed of delays due to Covid-19, I find this hard to believe as I've received other items ordered from different places. Attempts to contact the company via email have been ignored, which is frustrating considering they had no issue charging my card. I have all the relevant information on my phone. The suggestion of a refund was made, but I would prefer to receive the item I purchased. It has been an unreasonable amount of time for the delivery. I would caution others against making purchases from this company.

I bought a lamp on Dec. 26 and discovered it was defective. I reached out via chat and was informed that I could exchange it for a new one, which I prefer. I'm facing two challenges printing the label. Firstly, I don't own a printer, so I need the label sent by mail. Additionally, due to issues with my eBay account, I cannot contact customer service. Despite changing my password multiple times, the system rejects my email address, claiming it belongs to someone else - which is not the case. I'm receiving emails from eBay but unable to reply or access support. The refund deadline is approaching on Jan. 13, and I'm stuck without a way to resolve this issue due to the login problem.

Hello, my name is Dennis. Earlier today, I tried to track a package and called eBay for assistance. I spoke to a representative who advised me to buy eBay gift cards because I couldn't log in on my iPad. I followed the instructions and purchased the cards, but now the representative is asking me to buy more. I am concerned if this is a legitimate procedure or if I am being scammed. I find it frustrating that I have to go through all this trouble just to get a refund, especially when I didn't even initially intend to request one.

In July, I sold an item for $[redacted].50 on eBay. Unfortunately, the buyer made a false claim, kept the item, and received a full refund without returning it to me. Despite providing evidence that the item was not returned, eBay took money from my account without authorization. As a result, my account has been suspended because I've refused to pay the seller's fees until eBay addresses their error. I've been attempting to resolve this issue with eBay since July but have made no progress. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].50 or for eBay to deduct this amount from my seller's fees, allowing me to pay the remaining balance.
