Case * **********: Buyer contacted Customer Support**Dear Ebay Customer Service Team, **I am contacting you regarding the case opened recently by Mrs Ruby Woodbridge.**I would like to inform you that it strikes that Mrs Ruby Woodbridge claims that she has not received the parcel that I posted (and in fact paid more in order to have it signed for) and had it successfully delivered to as confirmed by both ACS and GLS.**SPECIFICALLY*I posted the package through ACS to Mrs. Ruby Woodbridge at the address given to me by eBay and paypal on the *th of August (I have sent the receipt attached at *****@***.com). **The ACS Tracking Number as you will be able to see in the receipts is: **********. This number is active until the package reaches the Greek borders, afterwards it is converted into a GLS number. The GLS Parcel number is: ***********. Please click this number on the GLS website below to confirm that it has been delivered to Mrs Ruby Woodbridge:* https: gls-group.eu*EU*en*parcel-tracking **In fact if you look into the details of GLS tracking, there was an attempt to deliver the parcel on the **th of August and because she was not available to receive the parcel, it was arranged for re-delivery for the next day (i.e. August **, ****), when it was actually delivered. **ACS confirmed to me on the phone that GLS DELIVERED THE PACKAGE to Mrs Ruby Woodbridge and GLS shows this, on their website. **Pestering me on a delivered parcel seems completely daft to me. However, as an act of kindness, I contacted again ACS and asked to receive an email by ACS with the screenshot of the full details of the parcel delivery to Mrs. Woodbridge, and her signature as given to GLS. I have attached all these confirmations on my email today at *****@***.com. **I am also expecting a letter of confirmation in english by ACS so that you can also read it clearly that the parcel was delivered successfully to Mrs. Woodbridge at her address, that we now all know by heart ! **Thus I feel very dissatisfied with this buyer since it seems that she accuses me. **I am active on eBay since **** with more than *** positive feedbacks on both selling and buying products. What would make one think that I would not be serious in the case of Mrs. Ruby Woodbridge. **Please look at all documents that prove the delivery of the parcel to the correct address and the correct person.
