I had ordered food yesterday from a restaurant *the payment for which was made in advance by a Sodexo meal card. The food wasn't delivered and I received the message stating that the delivery executive tried reaching me and that his number was given. I called him thereafter but he didn't care enough to respond to any of my calls. When I reported the issue they said that the refund can't be made. Why is it that you won't refund the amount against the order which wasn't delivered in the first place and that too, when you people cancelled it on your own . And to my dismay, as per Zomato chat support, I'm the one who's held responsible for all of this. This is ridiculous and unacceptable on my part. I have had enough. I have been a regular customer but no previous experiences has ever been this disappointing. I want the refund to be made for the same.
