hi dear ,**I hope you are doing fine ,**my car number is *******,**I parked the car which is Tiguan Eager (CFYM***) at **Bastion Street (On Street) at *** Fort York Blvd ,*so I park the car at *** Fort York Blvd, I hope you can let the next customer know the car was changed place to park ,**I was so sorry about that ,**but when I went to pick up my zip car today, I can not find the car and the wether was so cold and windy,**the important point is no one tell me the pickup palace was changed!**I made a call to your staff and she helped me to change the car, but took half hour and near the lake which is so freezing to find that new zip car ,**when I came back I fond my phone was no power and I can not fine the * Bastion Street ,**which more is the I booked the car from *pm-*pm,**I made a call to customer service and no one answer me ,**so I park the car at *** Fort York Blvd which at lest I known how to find it with out the GPS ,**and I want to file the complain about today's situation because after I was taking half hour to find the car I was so upset and frustrated , a car accident almost happens to me .
