Happy Holidays, **I am reaching out to you in hopes of obtaining logical assistance regarding my Zipcar account that had been recently suspended. Apparently because the account wasn't paid in a timely manner or information updated my account had been suspended. **Honestly this doesnt make much especially after explaining my situation to the representative last week. Which today when I called back into customer service i had been advised none of the information which i had provided at the time of call was documented. **Ma'am my wallet had been stolen out of my pursue back in October while I was inside of the supermarket. The police was called and a report was made. I attempted to provide this information to the representative last week. **Additionally, i have been having alot of health issues which prevented me to go around to all the places to recover stolen items, cards, identification and so I was not able to focus on making payments on cards I do not have at that time until my items were recuperated. As a result, I was unable to contact Zipcar until my new card was issued. **Last week, when I called into Zipcar, someone walked me through the steps to update my card on the website. No sooner than my information was updated Zipcar took the monthly membership from my card. For last month. **Question, Zipcar knew they had plans to suspend my account why was I billed a monthly membership fee? If I cannot get the membership back then I would need to recuperate monies for services not being rendered. Please let me know the direction I need to proceed in. **Thank you and I look forward in speaking to you soon.
