I booked in advance a car for a full day for today. i went to pick up the car and the my card couldn't get scanned on the car somehow. i called you to solve this issue right way (not to mention that we paid not only for the car but also for all the trip that we planned for today ) and the guy on the phone didn't seems to care at all in our situation!*i would like to mention that i ordered this card and become a member two month ago, and only get the card via mail * weeks after, and enough time passed since I opened my account to inform me if I had any issue with my car moreover If I had an issue you shouldn't let me make a reservation and put me thru all this **** of getting there early in the morning to find out that my account have a hold and make calls and especially lose money!!.*time after time we have trouble with you, we didn't even have the chance to driving in one of your cars yet.*your costumer service so bad and so unprofessional. because of idleness in your system we got screwed and lost our money. (around ***$ including the trip and the car)*it is not kind of service that i was accepted for and for sure not going to keep deal with. *i am waiting for a response from one of your supervisor and also for a full refund as soon as possible.*such a ridiculous situation without even a respectful representative to talk to. feeling so helpless and scammed.
GetHuman-alexcama did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
