My name is William David Knox, im almost ** years old, and i just recently signed up for this service. Regardless of my age, I am still as quick witted and spry as i once was, my vision is near perfect and i am an excellent driver who is legally allowed to drive. I received an email telling me i had beeen accepted to this service, and then I received the card in the mail. When i went to log in to my account to activate my card, it told me 'that action is not permitted. contact member services'.*I cant imagine why i would go from being accepted to not being able to log in. Of course, the only thing it could think of they realized my age and arbitrarily deactivated me as a preemptive safety method to protect their vehicles. I hope thats not the case.. i would hate to have my age held against me.**I just want to be able to log in and use my account and the service. My member number is *******
