Today **-**-**, I visited a Zaxby's location on Northside Drive in Atlanta, GA about **:** AM. I waited in the car line at the pickup window briefly, placed my order at **:** AM, (salad, no drink or side) was told to pull up into one of the waiting spaces outside and they would bring it out. After ** minuets of waiting, I called the number on the receipt, someone would pick up the phone and hang up without answering, twice. After ** minuets, I had to leave to return to work, so I never received the order I paid for, not to mention I wasted all my available time and returned to work without lunch. I have the receipt. The check number is ****. *Needless to say I won't return to Zaxby's, but the $*.** charge needs to be credited to my credit card.*Doug Suddeth
