I recently experienced damage to two red/orange Waffle Knit Sweaters (0/[redacted]/[redacted]/[redacted]/03) due to using standard soaps and stain removers, despite no warning on the tags. The first sweater (order #[redacted]4) was stained, and when I used OxyClean, the stain got darker and the sleeve became discolored permanently. I replaced it with an identical sweater (order #[redacted]0) and got small grease stains. Upon using mild dish soap, the fabric also darkened. Testing different soaps on clean spots confirmed they all caused permanent discoloration. I am disheartened by the poor product quality and lack of response from Zara's customer service. I believe I should be reimbursed for both sweaters since basic soaps shouldn't damage the fabric. If Zara doesn't address this issue, I will take my business elsewhere. I hope for a prompt resolution and a satisfactory response from Zara. Additional photos are available if needed.

During my trip to Italy in May [redacted], I had a negative experience at the Rinascente Mall store near the Dome. My colleague and I were robbed inside the store, and when we requested to see the CCTV footage, we were asked to provide a police report. We were unable to do so that night due to finishing late at the Police Station. The next morning when we returned with the report, the staff were unwelcoming and even threatened to involve the police. Since we lacked identification, we had to leave. My bag, containing my international passport, money, and important documents, was stolen, while my colleague had her passport taken from her bag. This incident has left me wary of visiting Zara stores in the future due to the unpleasant experience.

I purchased a pair of boots at Zara on Prince Charles Dr, Hendon, London NW4 3FP during a sale. One boot was size 5, the other size 4. I returned to the store on November 30th to resolve this, but felt ignored by the manager when I requested assistance. Despite having the receipt, I couldn't find the correct one for the boots. The manager only offered a refund or an exchange at the current value of £6, not the original purchase price of £19.99. I felt accused of theft and left upset. This experience left me feeling insulted, frustrated, and angry. Different-sized boots are not useful to me, and this situation has been upsetting.

I requested a return for socks and a cap, and my return was accepted. The courier collected the items on October 13, [redacted]. It's been a month, and I haven't received my refund. After emailing Zara and waiting for two weeks, they confirmed they couldn't process the refund. I still haven't received my items back. My order number is [redacted]3. I urgently need the items returned as I'm unsure of their condition after two months. This experience has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

While vacationing in Baltimore, Maryland, my family ordered items from the Zara store for delivery to a relative's house. Unfortunately, only the shoes were delivered, and the shirt is missing. I had a negative experience at the Zara branch in Maadi, Egypt, in Carrefour. I purchased a jacket from the men's section as a gift for my brother and later found a defect. When I returned to the store, the manager was unhelpful and accused me of damaging the jacket. The manager of the men's section was aggressive and lacked common sense in addressing the issue. His behavior was unacceptable for a Zara staff member. He insulted me in front of a mall customer service representative. This incident caused me embarrassment and ruined the gift. Despite being a customer for 15 years, I am now reconsidering my loyalty to Zara due to this experience. I hope the company takes appropriate action in response to my complaint. Hello! I visited the Zara showroom at Oberoi Mall on January 1st. During my previous visit, I encountered an employee named Rohit. When I inquired about sizes, he responded rudely. Despite reporting this to the manager, I faced a disrespectful incident with him again. While looking at items on January 1st, I overheard Rohit make a derogatory comment in Hindi about me. Despite his denial, the CCTV footage would confirm his actions. Feeling uncomfortable and unsupported by the manager, I made my purchase and left. I am disappointed with Zara for employing such behavior. As a loyal customer, I am considering whether to continue shopping there. The manager's siding with Rohit has raised safety concerns for me. The use of offensive language and his disrespectful attitude have tarnished the image of Zara. It is concerning to witness a staff member being disrespectful to a female customer. I was given a blouse as a Christmas gift from Dublin, but it was too big. I brought it to the Bristol shop after Christmas to exchange it for a smaller size. Without a receipt, I was initially told I couldn't exchange it. After arranging for the receipt to be sent to me, I was informed that I missed the return deadline due to the purchase date being November 22, [redacted]. This has left me frustrated with the poor customer service and disappointed with Zara's Christmas return policy, especially since I am a loyal customer.

I bought 3 pairs of boots for $[redacted].80USD but need to return 1 pair costing $99USD. The boots arrived on Dec 9. On Dec 30 at 10:00 pm EST, I tried to print a return label on the ZARA app, but it showed the shipment as "being delivered" and didn't let me. The same issue occurred the next day. Due to personal reasons, I couldn't call until Jan 11. Zara won't accept the return now as it's past 30 days. They claim it's my fault for not returning on time, but I believe their app and Ecommerce system are at fault for not updating promptly. If the system had worked on Dec 30, I would have been able to return the item without any problems.

I recently placed an order with Zara Italy online, and my items were shipped on March 3. However, the courier has not picked up my package yet, causing me concern. Unfortunately, I cannot reach their customer service number from abroad as it appears to be invalid. In contrast, I made purchases from Zara US and Zara Spain on the same day, and I have already received those orders. It seems like there may be an issue specific to Zara Italy's shipping process. While having a conversation with my father, the employee misunderstood and became aggressive. This led to unjust accusations, threats, and even involvement of the police. I am aware that I am expecting one more parcel with just one item in it. Despite speaking with 6 or 7 staff members, the issue remains unresolved, and an investigation with the courier is ongoing. Although one box was delivered and I have evidence from both your company and my building, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining an email address for further communication. My attempts to contact your company via phone calls and emails have been unproductive. Working in the music industry, I have sought assistance from industry contacts without success. The lack of communication and follow-up regarding the missing items and funds is disappointing. I have not received a single phone call throughout this ordeal, and after nearly a month, I find it concerning that I must initiate contact. Good morning, I placed an order on 04/13/20 and noticed immediately that the shipping address was incorrect. I contacted customer service right away, but they informed me that I could only change it once Bartolini sent me the tracking number. I received the email from Bartolini on 04/18/20, and I contacted Zara asking for the address change. They assured me it was done, but despite my repeated follow-ups on 04/21, 04/22, and 04/30, and despite Bartolini's email requesting information, the package remains stuck. Today, 05/04/[redacted], it shows it has been returned to the sender. I am disappointed, especially since today I was told that address changes do not always succeed, something that was never mentioned by your customer service before. I am expecting a refund.

Hello, I'm Shaolei M. and I need assistance with an issue regarding an order I placed. Last week, I received an order on 29 April for a pair of slouchy trousers with a shiny side stripe. After wearing them only three times, the shiny stripe started coming off, and the seams began to rip. I contacted customer service, asking for a replacement or refund and provided photos of the damaged trousers. Unfortunately, I was informed that Zara does not accept responsibility for the faulty item and refused to provide a head office address. As a loyal Zara customer, I am extremely disappointed in this poor customer service. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
