The issue in GetHuman-samcfc's own words
My ASOS parcel was supposed to be delivered by yodel last Weds (*****) but according to the tracking system the driver could not access the property- which is a total and utter lie as I was at home all day!! I spoke on their web chat on two separate occasions where they told me exact same thing. Both times I was asked to give some delivery instructions for them to pass onto the driver. One conversation the person ended the chat before I finished my response!! Second time ended once I’d given the instructions but have heard nothing since! I’ve called the customer service number many times. The last time I called (today *****) it said my parcel is set for the rescheduled delivery date I’ve agreed- I have agreed no such thing!! I’ve had no contact from yodel whatsoever! I just want to know where my parcel is! And when it’ll be delivered!!

GetHuman-samcfc did not yet indicate what Yodel should do to make this right.
