Most reviews are unable to be removed. We have had some success in reporting and removing reviews but most likely Yelp will only remove them if you contact the person that reviewed your company and ask them to remove it.

Dear Yelp Team,**We received a *star review for our Body&Brain Lake Villa, IL location.*We flagged this review because we sincerely believe it not a real BnB member that wrote this review. *. The center manager cannot verify this individual in the center's records. We keep very tight records of all and any visitors and attendance by our members. *. This person is making claims that do not meet our business practices. We do not sell any classes that cost thousands of dollars. *. The language in this review is extremely similar to previously fake written reviews by a former employee or a former competitor. We have never disputed a decision on a one star review which was declined by Yelp and if a member sincerely had a bad experience with us we go out of our way to make them happy. We feel very confident that is by someone who wants to defame our company. Can you please work with us on this? Nicole Polyhronakos C*S manager
