I walked into Yankee candle, at the boardwalk shopping center, in Kansas City Missouri. I showed the gentleman my coupon and asked if they were good for the candles that were two for $**. He replied yes. I spent over ** minutes going through candles and picking out items, some were for Christmas.**When I go check out, all of a sudden the coupon is no good. And I reminded him that he told me yes and I would not have spent ** minutes in the store shopping if I could not use the coupon.**I shop at Yankee candle and I will no longer do that. I think if you’re going to tell me you’re going to accept the coupon —that should be honored regardless *You will lose a good customer and I will make sure my family members and friends know how Yankee candle treats their customers.**I’m sure this will go nowhere, because just like your representative at the store — it doesn’t matter how many customers you lose.
