I have been dealing with harassment on Xbox from a user named HarleyQuiin100 in the past three days. Despite reporting the abusive messages, they were still able to continue harassing me and even obtained my late grandmother's phone number, who was very dear to me. To my frustration, I have been suspended for four days after they falsely reported me. The harassment extended to my friend, nojkjk, as well. I suspect they may have accessed personal information to locate my grandmother's number and even called my phone after I blocked them. Their persistence is concerning, especially as they created a new account named SpecialEdGame after being blocked. I am seeking assistance from Xbox support to address this issue promptly, as the harassment continues unabated.

I just got off the phone with Bell, and they confirmed that there are no issues with my internet. However, my Xbox keeps disconnecting randomly while I'm playing games, making it impossible to play multiplayer or even single-player games without interruptions such as being signed out of my profile and party and asked to verify ownership. I've tried troubleshooting by deleting and redownloading my profile, resetting, and setting it to sign in automatically, but nothing seems to work. I've read online that the NAT type might be the issue, but tests show that it's open, which should be good, right? I would appreciate any help or advice to resolve this gaming problem.

I had an account that was permanently banned almost two years ago. I understand my mistake and have since created a new account over a year ago. I have spent over $[redacted] on my new account, which is in good standing. I would like to try to recover my old account for sentimental reasons. I had that account since around [redacted] when I was 8 years old. I understand the seriousness of my actions and I am willing to take any necessary steps or pay any amount to retrieve my old account. I am now 16 and have learned from my past behavior. I am devoted to Xbox and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I want to express my gratitude to GetHuman for their prompt assistance, especially during the busy holiday season. I recently bought the Advanced Warfare Call of Duty Pro Collector's Edition directly through Xbox Live, marking the most expensive digital game purchase I've made at $99 USD. This purchase, made around 4-5 years ago, was supposed to include all DLCs for Exo Zombies and weapon skins. However, the DLCs seem incomplete with only one downloaded, and the weapon skins were missing. When I tried to contact Xbox Support via phone, I was directed to reach out by email or request a callback, but the call abruptly ended before I could proceed. I am not seeking a refund; I simply wish to receive the content that was advertised and I paid for. Due to my slow internet speed, redownloading the game would be a lengthy and challenging process, taking over 24 hours.

I recently changed my Gamertag from Walkableplace3 to JegraLamink and now I'm experiencing issues playing Xbox [redacted] games on my Xbox One. Despite knowing that these games are compatible and have been playable on my Xbox One before, I am unable to access them. Even my downloaded games are not functioning properly. While Xbox One games continue to work as expected, my console is not allowing me to play any Xbox [redacted] games. When attempting to play, I am prompted to sign into my account where my old Gamertag, Walkableplace3, is the only option available. If I select it, an error message appears stating that the profile cannot connect to Xbox Live on this console and suggests re-downloading it. I am guessing that this confusion may be due to the Gamertag change, and I am open to reverting to my old Gamertag if necessary, even if it incurs a cost. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you.

I recently changed my Gamertag from Walkableplace3 to JegraLamink and now I am unable to play my Xbox [redacted] games on my Xbox One. Despite knowing that these games are compatible with the Xbox One, as I have played them before, both physical and downloaded Xbox [redacted] games are now inaccessible. When attempting to play a Xbox [redacted] game on my Xbox One, I am prompted to sign in with only the option of Walkableplace3 which is my old Gamertag. Selecting it results in an error message stating, “Sorry, this profile can’t connect to Xbox Live on this console. To fix it, download it again.” I believe my console might be struggling to recognize my current Gamertag after the change. I am open to switching it back if that would resolve the issue, but I seek confirmation before making any changes to avoid further complications. All my Xbox One games continue to work properly, but the Xbox [redacted] titles are presenting difficulties. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I went without internet for over a year when I moved from Washington to Idaho. Just recently, I regained internet access. However, logging into my Xbox [redacted] with my old account resulted in an error message (Code 831188fe). The email linked to the account is defunct as the email service shut down. My Xbox [redacted] password is saved, and I don't recall it. Despite following the account recovery steps provided by Microsoft a week ago, I still can't log in. This situation is preventing me from playing games even offline. I am frustrated and eager to resume gaming. I hope to hear back from Microsoft soon or have my profile reset so I can play again. The initial recovery process mentioned a 24-hour timeframe, but there has been no update or communication since. Any assistance or update would be greatly appreciated.

I have submitted a refund request for being double charged for 3 Xbox subscriptions. Despite trying to reach Xbox support through the phone, I couldn't get directed to the right department. I then used the online chat, requested a call back but haven't received it since my morning attempt at 9:30. Repeated calls only lead to receiving a link from Xbox.com, not connecting to the billing department for live assistance. Please contact me at [redacted] so I can speak to a real person regarding my account issue and refund. It's frustrating not to have the refund processed back to my credit card promptly. I prefer a call back over email communication. Thank you for your assistance.

I may have missed a call back from Xbox customer support regarding a refund request I sent this morning. I have three overdue Xbox subscriptions, which led me to request a refund. The reason for the refund is due to noticing two unauthorized debits of $10.69 each from my credit card. Initially, I thought it was for my Xbox [redacted] Live account, but after a second charge, I attempted to contact Xbox customer service for assistance. If the missed call was indeed from Xbox's billing and payment department, I apologize for missing it. Kindly reach out to me again. Thank you.

I need assistance removing my account from another XBOX ONE console. I unintentionally shared my account with another user, QuickColt598392, to game share NBA2K19. Despite my request for him to remove my account after downloading the game, he misled me and made unauthorized purchases totaling $70 on my grandmother's debit card. He continues to access my account without permission. My gamertag is xXSharpKSDXx, and my email associated with my Microsoft XBOX account is [redacted] Your help in removing my account from his console would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I purchased an Xbox One X six months ago, and I've noticed it getting very hot even when not in use. When playing games, the graphics on my TV have been going blurry. I took the console back to JB Hi-Fi in Munno Para, South Australia, where I bought it, and they've said they need to send it away for repairs. I'm disappointed with Microsoft products as this is the third Xbox giving me trouble. I paid $[redacted] for the latest Xbox, and now I'm left without a console as they won't exchange it at the store. I asked for a refund since I'm dissatisfied with Microsoft products but was told it's past the 90-day return window, even though there's a two-year warranty. I'm wondering what Microsoft can do to compensate for the inconvenience and time without my Xbox while it's being repaired. Thank you, Damien.

My account was compromised, and the password was changed twice recently. I have identified the Gamertag of the individual responsible for the intrusion. This incident occurred shortly after sharing Gold membership access with a friend. I have reached the limit for changing my home Xbox setting, and it appears that my friend may have also made adjustments. I have taken measures to enhance the security of my account due to these events. There is concern that my payment details have been jeopardized since my bank account shows a $[redacted] deficit and my card transactions are being declined. The urgency arises from the pending disconnection of my phone service within the next 24 hours if the outstanding balance is not settled. While my phone account is prepaid, reactivating it involves a fee. I am prepared to offer my friend's contact information upon request. Appreciate any assistance! -Justin

My son's Xbox One controller has a problem with the wobbly stick. When I visited the shop, they mentioned it was a common issue related to playing games like Fortnite. After discussing with friends, I discovered that many others have faced the same problem. Since the controller is mainly used for Xbox gaming, it seems like a design flaw. My son received this as a birthday gift in October, and it's disappointing to see it fail so quickly. He is not rough with it and only plays for a reasonable amount of time. It's frustrating that he can't use his Xbox now because he only had one controller.

We purchased the Minecraft Collector's Edition for Christmas, which included three coupon codes for game add-ons: a starter pack, a creator's pack, and [redacted] minecoins. Unfortunately, when redeeming the codes online at Microsoft.com/redeem, the [redacted] minecoins code did not credit to our account. We managed to successfully redeem the starter pack and creator's pack codes on the Xbox, but the minecoins code showed as already used. We are unsure where it was applied. Now that we know how to redeem codes on the Xbox, we just need a working code for the minecoins. Thank you.

I purchased Assassin's Creed Odyssey on October 4th and played until I reached a game-breaking bug that prevents me from progressing in the story and finishing the game. I have been waiting patiently for a fix as they promised, but it has been over two months, and they continue to ignore the issue. I am frustrated with waiting for a fix that seems like it will never come, and I am requesting a refund. I invested over 50 hours into this game, only to be unable to complete it now. Despite over two months passing and new content and patches being released, they have not addressed the bug. This is very disappointing, especially during the holiday season, as I still cannot finish the game while others who did not encounter the bug can enjoy and complete it.

On December 26th, I noticed two charges on my son's account: $24.99 for a Fortnite bundle pack and $9.99 for another purchase. We were experiencing game and Xbox connectivity issues and did not intentionally make these purchases. Despite requesting a refund, I received a denial. I believe this is a technical error and would appreciate it if you could rectify the situation. Additionally, I have been facing problems with my card being linked, which I also wanted to address. Recently, another $24.99 charge went through for my son's renewal, even though we intended to cancel my card before renewal and use a gift card instead. If we cancel the renewal to unlink my card and re-enroll using the gift card, will I receive a refund for the charge?

I am looking to regain access to my accounts, both linked to the same email. My original account is KrazyKilla3 and the other one generated by Xbox is SundryedCabbage44. I recently bought a new Xbox X and wish to utilize the extra month Microsoft charged my credit card for because I attempted to play on a different Xbox. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my password on the Xbox as it keeps prompting me to enter letters and numbers repeatedly. Now that I have my own Xbox again, I want to recover KrazyKilla3 associated with [redacted] My preferred contact time is before 4 pm. I have tried calling all the numbers on the website, but they seem to be nonfunctional.

My partner and I share two Xbox One consoles in our home, each with our separate Xbox Live Accounts (ClingyLeek62 and killerkachonik). We used to be able to play each other's games with no issues. However, recently, the Xbox where we purchased Red Dead Redemption is now kicking him off after an hour, requiring him to sign in with the purchasing account. This is a digital copy from the Xbox store. I attempted to set it as the "home xbox," but now the other console is not allowing me to access my own games. We want to both sign in and share our digital games seamlessly. We understand we can't play the same game simultaneously, but we should be able to play all our shared games without these disruptions.

I bought two Top Shot Fearmaster guns and a Dangerous Hunts game for my dad as a Christmas gift. I've been trying for hours to calibrate the gun, but it only detects the gun when pointed at the ceiling with the ceiling fan lights on. The target moves rapidly from the top left to the bottom at about 10 scrolls per second, despite holding the gun steady. I've made sure there are no other devices interfering and even tried placing the Kinect sensor behind a chair. I attempted various positions for the gun sensor without success. My dad was looking forward to playing the game, as he's not keen on using the controller. I'm unsure if switching to a Top Shot Elite gun would solve the issue. With the cost of the game and two guns, it's frustrating that it's not functioning properly. My Xbox has updated software, but I wonder if the gun needs updating too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Alexis and I have been playing Fortnite on my HP Laptop for about a year. I recently acquired an Xbox One S and would like to use my existing Epic Account (Username: LLilRedd, Email: [redacted]) on it. However, I am having trouble switching Fortnite profiles on my Xbox. My Xbox One is signed in to my Xbox Live account (Username: PhysicPenguin8, Email: [redacted]) and when I downloaded Fortnite on it, it automatically logged me into my Xbox Live-Fortnite profile as PhysicPenguin8, not my LLilRedd profile used on my PC. I tried to link my Fortnite profile online to my Xbox Live account, but it seems they are already connected. If there is a way to use my LLilRedd Epic Account on my Xbox One, please advise me on how to do so. I love playing Fortnite and would like to access my progress and purchases on my new console. Thank you for your help. - Alexis Christian
