My son is a freshman in college. He recently purchased a new laptop from Microsoft with his graduation money. As a family we had a xbox *** and now an Xbox one. His father and I have between us owned many gaming systems from Atari to Sega to all the Nintendo systems and Sony systems. We did not have as many issues combined of all those systems with gaming xontrollers as the current issues our son is having the last two years with his Xbox controllers. Now that he is the adult, and the paying customer, your product has become quite frustrating and disappointing.**Currently he has had to purchase * new Xbox one controllers over the last two years because they continuously stop working after about six months. That's about $*** in two years on conyrollers just to play on his game system. It's clear online that this is a major problem for microsoft and we are very disappointed. We are seriously in doubt of Microsofts reliability at this point. He is in college, buying another controller today, with money from his part time minimum wage job, in order to use his system. Very disappointed for him.**Is there any reason why this is such an issue and are you compensating any of your customers?? A gift card, coupon or something would be greatly appreciated.***Kelly Roberts
