My Xbox account, Hotline ****, was recently hacked and me and my mom are not sure what to do. The hacker in question who hacked into my account, who’s email is DanielpxR*****@***.com, broke into my account, deleted my Microsoft account, and replaced all of the information on my account with his. Originally, my accounts email was *****@***.com. He deleted that account and replaced with his own, which is the email of his I gave prior. He also replaced the password and phone number, in the emails my mother received from Microsoft on Friday. On Friday was when we found out we were hacked. Early in the morning the hacker deleted all of our information and replaced it with his own. Before he deleted it, if memory serves correctly, he also used my mother’s credit card to buy ** dollars worth of nhl coins. We got the money back, but we are still upset that someone would do that to us. We just want to see this resolved and for us to get the account back. So please xoxo, please help us if you can. You can get back to me and the email previously given, as even though it no longer exists as a Microsoft account, it still exists as a charter email.
