The issue in GetHuman-mharaway's own words
We have not had our Xbox since June. My son got a new gaming console. We sold the Xbox one to a pawn shop. They states they wipe the console clean and inactivated all accounts. We did this in June and have the paper work to prove it as well as you can contact pawn shop to verify this as well. Reviewing our bank statement this weekend not only were we charged twice ofor the month of October (on October *rd and October *th) but we have been charged for July August and September as well. I am assuming our console got sold at the pawn shop and someone is using our account on our dime so to speak. I can fax proof of sale from my office if you would like or I can give you the contact info for the pawn shop to verify the sale. I did not know of we should dispute the charges for July August September and double charge for October or contact Xbox for refund. The account is under my husband name Matthew Haraway with email of *****@***.com. He cancelled further subsciprtions by doing so online. But I want do want yo rectify for the charges for the months we did not even use as we did not even have the console in our procession.

GetHuman-mharaway did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
