I paid for ea access and it was very difficult t download any of the games I tried for kept freezing my xbox and more I tried re worse it got I am now at the point I want my money back it the ea app is broken there is absolutely no reason for it to be up to use I don't run a business but I know that's by how they do products I'm very disappointed in xbox I have been a PlayStation fan for *** years made a hard choice and decided to switch to xbox because I was getting mad at the way PlayStation handled mods and other small things I did not touch my ps* for a month when I got my xbox one I was blown away by the looks of the games and the way the system works and now have nothing but broken apps and slow loading and others my ps* never had these problems I am about ready to turn my xbox in for a ps* and return to good gaming experience there than the stupid mod carp that PlayStation can't seem to get on board with
