My issue is about the strange behavior of my Xbox one S. I didn’t play it for a few days but now that I’m back, several of my games that were already installed were having to download again. I accidentally cancelled these downloads and immediately started downloading them again once I realized what I did. For the past three days these games have been downloading incredibly slowly. One only getting to around ** percent, and the other getting to **. The games are ** and ** gigabytes and should definitely not be taking this long to install. Also, I’ve already checked my internet and restarted my router numerous times to no avail. Id like this matter to be resolved with my games I’ve paid for to be downloaded at least at a decent speed.
