Help with my XFINITY Mobile issue

hello, i signed up for xfinity service this afternoon, the sales agent i spoke with was told * times and confirmed that i was not moving into my new residence until march **th so service was to not be handled until then. he then told me that after i signed up even though i was not offered the date of march **th the only date as far out was march **th, that i would be able to fix it. the current owner of my new address ( who are still residing there until march **th) had their service canceled because of this, they then had to go though the process of explaining everything i TOLD the agent multiple times!! there needs to be a note put into my account that there is to be service in MY NAME and ACCOUNT on April *st!!. NONE of this is acceptable!
