I recently received an order *********. It was damaged and defective. I received an RMA * ********-*. The email said Woot was sending a replacement. I responded to the e-mail saying that i would like a refund, not a replacement. I've lost confidence in the product, and how the unit was shipped. The tracking number provided is, *: *Z****A***********.*I couldn't contact anyone by phone, phone mail box was "full". I would like someone to confirm that I won't receive a replacement and will receive a refund. Thank You, Arza Caudill, ***-***-****.
