I have a new iphone ** pro max and the current sim card will not fit even though I was told at time of purchase it would. However after ring the **** help number * times, expecting to eventually being able to speak to a human* I I got was the run around spiel and then told to speak to online assistant. Whoever wrote this piece of garage programming needs to be sacked - yesterday. The responses were either buy phone plan, buy phone and plan or buy data when my enquiry was about a sim card. I am so angry I am on the point of changing my mobile phone plan provider. I do not have all day to try to get through to an imaging "Olive". As a human I prefer to a human who makes a modicum of sense. Smoke is still pouring from my ears while I not so patient use up my lunch hour waiting to speak to a "human".
