Help with my Wizz Air issue

The issue in GetHuman-plennie's own words
My Son booked * flights on Wizz Air *from Luton to Split on **th July using his Wizz Air account*These were paid for on my Mastercard*These were subsequently cancelled on **th February and he received a credit reference Confirming a value of £***.** ... the document is in Hungarian*I expected the refund to appear on my Mastercard however this has not been received*Contacting Wizz Air customer service by phone on **th June they advised the monies will not be repaid as the monies were put in as a credit and the timeline to use the credit had expired ... at no stage were we informed of this arrangement and they recommended we submit a claim to the Customer relations department *This was completed online on the **th June and acknowledged by Wizz Air on the **th June giving the following references **Claim UID *****e***Confirmation P*G*T*** weeks on we have heard nothing and as the original booking is next week I am worried we will not get refunded **Please can you help ?
