Hi!*My name is Robert Klinko and i have been talking on the phone with your Polish colleague called Bohdan, I guess, which was yesterday or before yesterday about my refund for two duplicate bookings. The conversation was cut off several times, but we agreee, that I will receive the refund for both duplicate bookings paid into my bank account, thati was making the payment from. The conversation was recorded.*Unfortunately the line was cut off again and he didn't call back, as I couldn't call neither, cause it was a hidden number.*Therefore, I don't know when it will be paid, and actually if it will be, since the conversation didn't finish?!*The claim UID is: adc*cb*c**Thank you so much for your reply!**Regards,*Robert Klinko
