Hello dear Wix team, on the ** September is renewed my domain subscription. I live in Tasmania, the internet was slow and the active symbol kept going around in circles. the computer eventually went black (screen saver) and when I came back on I did not know if my order had gone through or not. the next day in the morning I realised I had subscribed twice to register my domain. this, of course is not intended. I asked for a refund and it was denied, because apparently it was my responsiblity to turn off aut-renewal. However, the only way I realised that I had to renew my domain was that I realised my website was not longer available. Wix send remeinders for the renewal is the auto-renewal is not switched on. These were sent to me to my wix attached email message*themassageandhealingclininc, which I never look at and even totally forgot about. So needless to say I did not see the reminders until my webpage got cut-off. YOu will have evidence of those remeinder mails, which proves that I did not have auto-renewal on and that it was human error that caused me to renew the same domain twice. I live in Australia and it doesn't matter where you are, by Australian law you are required to refund me. Your argument that I was responsible, because I had auto renewal on and I should have turned it off is wrong. it was never on. Surely it is obvious to any person that no-one wants to renew the same domain twice. I request a refund for themassageandhealingclinic website (held under the name of John Geeves) domain for three years registration. Thank you *Kind regards*John
