I am Nicole Green. I wanted to mention that my order has exceeded the delivery date, and I am looking forward to receiving my packages promptly. Should any issues arise, it would be greatly appreciated if you could ensure timely deliveries for any future orders I place on the Wish app. This time, I am eager to receive all my packages in full, unlike my previous experience. The prom dresses for my girls and the gold necklaces have not been delivered yet. I kindly request expedited shipping for these packages. Thank you.

I have received emails stating that I have 3 electric bikes on the way, but I have not received them yet. There have been mentions of delays due to Covid-19. I'm concerned as I see charges on my account but no delivery to my address. I'm unsure if it was delivered to the wrong place or if the courier service encountered an issue. This situation is frustrating, and I'm facing communication problems. These bikes were intended as gifts for my sons, and I really want to get this sorted out. I appreciate any assistance. I purchased a fat tire bike with the expectation of receiving it before Christmas. However, I was informed that it would not arrive until December 28th. The bike was supposed to come from China, but what I received was a charging cable from Jamaica, NY. This situation is completely unacceptable. According to the USPS tracking, it was shipped from China to LA port. I have multiple orders pending with your company, and only one has been fulfilled. I consistently receive notifications that my orders are on the way, but they never arrive. I am being asked to refer a friend, but the person who recommended your company to me now hears complaints from me almost daily.

Hello, I placed an order on November 26 for a wireless 32V drill for €5 plus €6 shipping, totaling €11. Order number: 5fbf8548a7fd835dfdbdc54d. After 2 months, I received only a single ceramic drill bit that I do not need. I would never have purchased a product with shipping costing more than the item itself. This is not what I ordered unless another package is on the way, which I doubt. This is the second time I have been misled by false advertising. The receipt clearly indicates a 32V wireless drill. I was fully refunded the first time, and I hope the same will happen unless another package is expected. Regards

I did not intend to purchase the items I was wrongly charged for. The cash was deducted from my bank card without my consent. I kindly request a prompt refund to my card. The unauthorized transactions occurred within five minutes. I urgently need to know when and how the funds will be returned to my account. I have two orders that were paid for and confirmed to arrive on December 18. It is now the 29th, but they have not been delivered. When I check the tracking information, the orders are not showing up. I would like to receive the items I ordered or a refund for the cost.

I made a purchase on Wish on November 16, [redacted], but I can't download the Wish app on my phone to access my QR code. Could you please email me all the details of my order to [redacted]? On November 15th, my wife placed an order for a jewelry armoire. It's black with an outside mirror, numerous shelves, and an inside mirror for hair brushing. The item was on sale for approximately $55. It was intended to be an Xmas present. As it's the end of December and we haven't received it, we kindly request assistance in tracking it or receiving a refund. If not resolved, we will reach out to the BBB and FTC. I need a QR code similar to a barcode from my order placed on November 16, [redacted], on Wish for a local store pickup. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the Wish app and require assistance in obtaining this QR code. I have requested Wish to send the QR code to my email at [redacted] Additionally, I am in need of my order history, including four orders placed on November 16, 20, 22, and 30, [redacted], to be forwarded to my email address [redacted] Using my email is the only way for me to access the QR code and order history as all my previous information was lost or deleted. My name is Juana Jimenez Huertas, I am 1.70 meters tall and weigh 92 kilograms. I have bought parkas or coats, but the size XXL did not fit me, it was too small. For the last one in brown, I ordered a size 4XL, but it has been changed to 4G, making me think it will also be too small. It will be charged tomorrow, and the solution offered is to buy another one. They owe me money for one that I purchased and was sold out, where they promised to refund me or I could choose another one for the same amount. However, I bought another one, and it will be charged tomorrow, which I am sure will also not fit due to being too small. It is the brown parka or coat in size 4G. I suggest that they use the money from the item that was sold out for this payment.

Hello, I have received your email. Not only am I dissatisfied with my order, but it also does not match what I ordered at all. My order was for 12.84 including shipping costs, but without any explanation, I was charged 18.82. Additionally, the package I received does not correspond to my request. One thing is for sure, I will not be recommending your company. This was my first order with you, and I assure you it will be my last.

I bought three coats or parkas and one was sold out, so I was told they would refund me the amount of the sold-out item or I could buy another one for the same price. I bought a fourth coat, a brown parka in size XaXXXL, to ensure it fit me and avoid further issues. I thought that this coat would be paid for with the money from the sold-out item as I was told, but that's not the case. Today they charged the brown coat to my card, and I believe the size is incorrect, 4G. It's likely not going to fit me, and I may have to either throw it away or give it as a gift. I have spent around two hundred euros, and the store is not providing me with the sizes I need.

I was informed by the courier that a package had been delivered to my front door, but upon arriving home, I discovered it was not there. The package was left in a high-traffic area where many people pass by daily. I only have the driver's word that the package was placed by the door. There are neighbors who may have accepted it on my behalf. I have requested a refund as I did not receive the package. The Wish staff seems to believe that leaving a package by any door absolves them of responsibility. I am unsure of the package's whereabouts; perhaps the driver returned it to the van. I should not have to pay for something I did not receive. My order number is [redacted][redacted].

This is my fourth attempt to address this issue, but I have had no success. I ordered one fire pit on December 17th, but the website ended up ordering all items in my cart. I immediately tried to cancel, but I was unable to as they said the order was already processed. I have been trying to resolve this problem and avoid paying for four fire pits along with other items totaling over $[redacted], but each time I try, nothing seems to work. I cannot afford to keep all four fire pits, especially since the last two arrived damaged and poorly packaged. Despite multiple emails, I have not received any responses, and the last email requested pictures which I had trouble sending. The orders were shown as processed on the 18th, not the 17th as claimed, so I should have been able to cancel them. Please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Regarding my account number [redacted] and claim number [redacted], I wanted to inform you that I will be returning the order tomorrow. I had actually canceled the order initially because the first items that arrived were way too small. I don't want to keep the second order if they are also going to be too small, so I would appreciate it if you could remove this charge from my card. I apologize, but this experience has been quite frustrating, and I may not continue as a customer due to the inconvenience of returning this order.

I purchased an electric bike at a reduced price from the company. However, I recently received an email stating that it is out of stock and suggesting another product. This has happened before. I also ordered 3 Seiko5 watches but only received 2. The apology email I received had a non-functional response box and directed me to use the app, which I couldn't access as it referenced a Samsung computer which I don't own. If these are your company's business practices, I may report them to the FBI for using bait and switch tactics unless this issue gets resolved appropriately for the U.S. market. Regards, J.E. I am extremely upset about my recent experiences with Wish. Over the past few years, I have placed numerous orders with them. Recently, several of my orders have gone missing and I am out hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise that I never received. Despite reaching out for help, the only response I get is to wait longer, even though the deliveries are already late. This situation has reached a point where I feel I have no choice but to seek a refund. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed by this complete lack of responsibility and care on their part. I am now pursuing legal action by filing a police report and seeking advice from a lawyer. This is unacceptable, and I will not stand for being robbed of my hard-earned money. Wish needs to address this issue promptly and provide me with the refund I rightfully deserve.

I have not received a refund for my order after contacting your office for the past 4 days and sending multiple emails. $[redacted].61 was deducted from my account, but I have not received any products. This morning, DHL delivered one item, which I have not opened as I am seeking a complete refund. I was informed you were associated with PayPal, which appears to be inaccurate. No confirmation number has been provided to verify the contents of the order. The tracking number provided by DHL ([redacted]) is not working. I am requesting a return of my money.
