I ordered a coat that was supposed to arrive on December 4th. It hasn't arrived, and I'm still waiting for it along with the other items I purchased. UPS was the carrier for my order, so please contact them to ensure the delivery of my coat. It's now December 10th, and I'm frustrated that I haven't received my coat. I want my order to be delivered promptly. Thank you.

I purchased an item expecting delivery by the 10th from Ohio. However, today is the 10th and the Post Office has already run without my package even being shipped, despite paying for tracking. I am extremely disappointed with Wish and will not be a returning customer. I originally had doubts about Wish, and unfortunately, they have now been confirmed. I have screenshots of all the details and am requesting a full refund of $25.92.

The item I ordered has not been shipped. It's already past the expected delivery date and I'm seeking a full refund of $25.92. I found a similar item on eBay with free shipping, and I feel more secure knowing that eBay offers buyer protection. If this had happened on eBay, I would have received a full refund by now. I plan to share my negative experience with Wish online. This is my first time using Wish, and I'm certain it will be my last.

Hello, my name is OWOADE ABDULLAH OLALEKAN. I attempted to order a hairpiece consisting of 1 set (2 pieces) using my UBA Debit Card, and I received an email stating that the payment was pending, which I tried to rectify by depositing more money into my account. Despite this, the payment remained pending. Subsequently, on Tuesday night (12/8/[redacted]), I decided to clear the cart, reorder, and use a different ATM Card for payment. Both transactions appeared successful, but later, I received multiple unexpected debit alerts causing confusion. Today, I noticed another debit of approximately $9.92, which I don't understand. Good afternoon, I made a successful withdrawal from my bank but upon checking my balance, I realized it did not reflect correctly. When I inquired at the bank, I was informed that the amount of #[redacted].88 was deducted from my account due to an online transaction. I am puzzled as to why this deduction occurred without my knowledge. Can you please refund the deducted sum promptly? Thank you.

I was informed that a transaction of approximately #[redacted] in Nigerian currency has been blocked, which is equivalent to the dollar amount. I am requesting that only the transactions I made on Tuesday night, dated 08/12/[redacted], be processed. Any additional transactions should be removed from the order I placed. Please cancel any transactions made outside of Tuesday night. I kindly ask for a refund of the excess deductions in my account to be credited back into my account. Thank you in advance. Hello, I ordered an item from Wish on November 17, [redacted], and the payment was processed on November 25, [redacted]. However, as of December 11, [redacted], I have yet to receive my order. The seller's number is: SHENZHENGANJINTOUZIFAZHANYOUXIANGONGSI. I ordered 4 extra-small boots for my dog's 4 paws. If I do not receive my order before Christmas, I will file a complaint with the Canadian government regarding exports and imports, making it so you are unable to sell to Canadians. I bought a phone that was supposed to be a Samsung Note, but it turned out to be a low-quality generic version. It doesn't charge and looks cheap. I've been trying to get a refund, but they keep delaying. The shipping from China took much longer than promised, and now I just want my money back.

I purchased 2 mascara for $3.00 each, plus postage, and also received 2 pairs of sunglasses that I don't want. I do not wish to get a refund as I will have to pay for shipping again. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to reorder, which I am not interested in doing. I just want to receive the mascara I originally ordered. I enjoy shopping on Wish and have recommended it to others, but I am currently disappointed with this experience. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. - Anna Webb

I have three rings ordered from England, but I still haven't received them. One of the rings was supposed to arrive yesterday. Every time I reach out through the app, they just tell me information I already know. I'm disappointed with the service as tracking the order hasn't been successful. I would like a refund as I'm displeased with the delay. My partner buys items from the same place and always receives them early. These rings are from China. I am a dissatisfied customer.

I purchased a "Xintianzi" [redacted] fishing rod from your store in Malaga, Scrappiel, on 11/18/[redacted]. The product did not meet my expectations as it was supposed to come with a reel, as shown in the photo. Unfortunately, it only included the retractable rod. This is unusable for me. Please confirm if this incomplete shipment is normal, and if so, provide a solution. On 11/22, I bought another fishing rod (order 5fba68636ee06933bfe5) from you. You refunded me on 11/25, and the product was not sent. I would like to purchase a complete fishing rod with reel and accessories as a Christmas gift for my grandson. I received a refund of £15.80 for my damaged order that was not what I expected. I ordered an inflatable Santa for £49.90 but received tiny gift bags instead. I'm disappointed as these were for my grandchildren. I'm hoping for a resolution by receiving the Santa and snowman I originally ordered. Despite not canceling the order, I have not received any update on it. Additionally, after facing issues logging into the website and resetting my password, I can no longer locate my orders. I placed an order for a surveillance camera system nearly three weeks ago, and it has not been processed yet. The payment was deducted from my account weeks ago, but I can't cancel the order. I've found a similar item from other vendors at a similar cost but wish to receive wish credit instantly to my wish.com account for a quicker purchase. It was meant as a Christmas present, and I've been losing money trying to resolve this issue from Wish's end. I'm requesting a full refund of my money, along with extra wish credits for the inconvenience, wasted time, data usage, etc. Wish, please refund the total amount to my account with wish cash credit to make me a satisfied customer again.

My name is Debbie Williams. I received items I didn't order. I want them returned and my money refunded. I only got one item, but please arrange for the return. I need my rent money back. I will keep the one item sent, a wig that I won't wear as it looks frizzy and used. Please refund my money as I can't afford to keep it.

I reached out to FedEx and spoke with Heidi regarding my undelivered package. Despite the tracking showing it was delivered, the item was not on my porch. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution after contacting Wish about this problem. I urgently need assistance on how to proceed with getting a refund. It is crucial for you to understand that due to the poor customer service experience, I have decided not to place any future orders with your company. I have several issues to discuss, starting with the fact that I've made purchases, but the items weren't shipped. My money was held for over a month before being refunded. I ordered an item that supposedly was on its way to DHL, but there was an issue. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate this problem, nothing was done. Recently, I ordered another item facing the same issue. The customer support has been unhelpful despite my numerous complaints. I expect prompt action to resolve this ongoing problem. I have an issue with an order placed on November 28. Upon tracking it, I noticed the last location and delivery attempt were in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. I ordered a photo album that was scheduled for delivery by December 6th, but it hasn't arrived yet. The tracking information shows it left Bloomington on November 24th, and I only live about 20 miles away. I want to either receive my photo album or be directed to where I can pick it up. I understand there are delays due to Covid, but I'm surprised it hasn't arrived yet. I prefer to have the photo album rather than a refund, but if that's not possible, I'll reluctantly accept it. I've been a satisfied Wish customer before and ordered from them multiple times, so this situation is disappointing.
