The issue in GetHuman-oppercg's own words
I am trying to get a refund on an item that was returned to sender ... A item I have ordered was returned to sender: Order *: *f**b**bbef*e**df***e**d*The DHL Express tracking for this order is :***********(JD******************)*There is no option to be refunded my money as it says to wait until December *rd for a delivery which will not occur because it was returned to the sender. This happened another time recently and I watched the delivery window get pushed back while the item had been "returned to warehouse" since day three. I then was told I had to wait * days past the "delivered by" date to request a refund. I don't want to keep getting a run around due to language barriers-- that is deceptive and borders on fraudulent business practices. I want my refund for the item I won't be receiving and I want it ASAP.
This is ridiculous because it would be the *nd time I have had to wait until a delivery window expires on something that was immediately returned to sender and ladt time not a single customer service representative read when they copy pasted the status update, "returned to warehouse" and thought that it might mean that I would not receive the item. So for clarification, 'returned' means customer will not get the item and customer needs a refund immediately.
I want a refund prior to December *rd **** (actually December *th ****) as I am not waiting to receive a package that will never arrive since it was returned to the sender immediately.
I have ordered many things and convinced many people to sign up.
I have experienced this issue before and I sent multiple messages with support all met with people who didn't even understand that a returned item isn't getting delivered tl customer and ultimately had to wait about * months after an item was returned to receive a refund which was spit up between delivery refund and item refund.
I have an issue with Wish.com too
