I am a critically-ill and severely disabled following an accident customer this is relevant to my need to contact you. I have sent so many emails phoned and tried every method of contact to get this fixed over the last ** days but nothing happens. I have spent over $**,*** with you in the last * months not a lot for some people but not nothing I either** months ago a mobile promo code arrived in my cart which had goods to purchase on my computer . It took wish * months to fix that for months and in that time I could not make a purchase.* I cannot have a mobile phone this is the reason. I was working for NZ volunteer service Abroad Overseas and was seriously and dramatically injured in an accident that was no fault of mine. as a result I am bedridden mostly and in a wheelchair no longer able to walk. I have had cancer in many parts of the body as a result of that accident. None of that would be usually of concern to you and I would not bother you with it. However, that is the reason I cannot have a mobile phone because of the injuries to my brain and the plates and Hardware I have in there.*Wish has enabled me to do things I cannot use leave because I am bedridden but the treatment in the past couple of months he's been disgraceful and has made me feel humiliated and ashamed I am like this. I have written emails with very clear points of what is wrong I have written emails step by step but no matter how I go about it I get a reply if I am lucky telling me something will be done. Often I am asked for a screenshot which I cannot do and if explained why or asked put my order number, how could I have an order number when the cart can't be used because it has to be used by a mobile phone.*This has gone on for so long I have missed out on purchases I have been following for six months. Goods in my cart which I could not pay * days later had increased in price greatly. I was denied the services that wish provides and I write to you feeling that there is no place for those like me the Disabled in your world.* could someone please remove the promo code for a mobile phone that is in my cart and I cannot remove. My accident has prevented me from undertaking some task I used to be able to do and I have no one to help me. On Facebook over the years I have stood up with against other moaning clients but I am now wishing I did not. *Again I asked could you remove the Promo code in my chart that must be used by a mobile phone. it has been done before so I know it can be done and I do not understand why this has gone on. please communicate with me and let me know what is going to happen? below will be a photo of myself as I am most of the day with my injuries perhaps it will help you understand. below the photo will be a copy of my cart order some re that I am trying to spend. the highlighted promo code in yellow as what must be removed.* I do not put it there but as soon I have as I had paid my cart another one appears up could you tell me how to stop it or who to go to to get it removed in the future. I am expecting this to be rectified and I am expecting some bonus or financial credit by way of good faith as I would have spent a minimum of $*,*** that's weak.
