I was trying to cancel an erroneous order ... Hi, my name is Valerie Nobles and I just placed a Wish order early this morning (*******). It looks like somehow a duplicate order was placed. I only entered my personal info twice, including my payment information. When I discovered I had a duplicate order, I immediately attempted to go to the Wish website to cancel the duplicate items, but was not able to do so. I also noticed that I was not able to view orders that I placed in April and have not yet received. Is there a problem with your website? I attempted to cancel the duplicate items but was not able to follow your directions and cancel the duplicate items. Your website stated that I should be able to cancel items within * hours of placing the order. Your website wouldn't even let me do that. Then I went to my banking account assuming that I would be able to call the number listed on my statement (***-***-****) and get someone to help, but the number was not answered by a live person, and it gave me the same instructions over again on how to cancel an order. Again this didn’t work. I’m totally frustrated and cannot understand why this should be so difficult. I realize Wish is in a different time zone, but I don’t think that should make a difference. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution from Wish by May **, **** I will open a dispute with my bank regarding the $***.** charge for items I didn’t want. It looks like the order I originally placed was for $***.** but both of these amounts were charged to my account even before the items were shipped.*Please let me know ASAP how you are going to rectify this issue. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford the $***.** charge. It looks like after I placed my original order, another order was placed which included the items I did order previously plus several items that I had on my Wish List. I would like to fix this issue before getting my bank and their Fraud Department involved. It also makes sense for your Company to reverse the charges now before any of the items are shipped.*Thanks, in advance, for a prompt reply to this e-mail.
This was frustrating because Wish is charging for an order I didn't place and do not want.
Talking to me or by cancelling the *nd order which they have already billed me for - AND NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME!
Been a Wish customer for years and never experienced what I'm experiencing now.
Yes - have sent * email messages and attempted to chat with no resolution.
