I've tried reaching out for assistance with returning it, but I got frustrated and ended up ordering a replacement. Now, I'm in a tough spot financially and cannot afford to buy another one. I also had trouble getting a response regarding boots that didn't fit. I've been a loyal customer and have spent a significant amount of money with your company. However, the lack of customer support and unresolved issues have left me feeling disappointed. I have been trying to contact Wish via email for 3 weeks to inform them about the incorrect email linked to my account. I have been unsuccessful in changing it myself. I received two dresses that are too small, and when I tried to return them, they sent me the same dresses again. The email they have on file, [redacted], is incorrect. The correct email should be [redacted] Due to this issue, I have not received any communication. I am seeking a refund for the dresses and for a toilet seat cover that tore when I tried to put it on. Hello, Since 21.09. I have been waiting for an order from you. It concerns the swimsuit 5d866b14d[redacted]4b362 priced at 17.00 euros including shipping. To this day, I have not received the goods. I am also not willing to pay for this, as requested by Klarna. Please correct the invoice. I no longer want this item after a quarter of a year. I placed an order with your company for various items, but I am extremely disappointed with the service. Firstly, the security camera I ordered was marked as delivered, but I never received it. Additionally, my tail lights and decals are still missing. Moreover, the store denied all my pick-up items which is frustrating. I needed all these items by the 20th for Christmas gifts, and now I am left feeling embarrassed in front of my family. I am currently experiencing delays with my order. The last update I received on the app was on December 15th. It has been over 10 days since I last received any information. I expect regular updates to track the progress of my order. In this modern age, companies should utilize available technology more effectively. I urge Wish to improve their communication and provide me with real-time updates on my order's location. They already have my email, which contains all the necessary details about my item.

I purchased a purse that was supposed to arrive on December 20th, but it hasn't arrived yet. I have searched everywhere on Wish for the tracking number, but I couldn't find it. I am frustrated that my purse hasn't been sent, and I am disappointed with Wish. Although they refunded my shipping fee, I am unable to use it as Wish is not allowing me to make any purchases. It seems they saved my banking details from a previous purchase, allowing someone else to use my card. I never authorized Wish to store my information. I require a refund for the unauthorized transaction and request that my banking details be deleted permanently from Wish.

I have been charged $[redacted] for a membership that I did not authorize. I am requesting an immediate refund and will be blocking this site. To Whom It May Concern, I am reaching out to request a refund for two recent orders made on December 27th. One order was for $21.30, and the other was for $14.00. A friend used my debit card to make a purchase on December 17th, and unfortunately, my card details were still saved on her Wish account. She informed me today that she accidentally bought two items using my card. Since she is not a fluent English speaker and my card was charged, I am reaching out to rectify the situation. I made a purchase on Wish.com on December 22, [redacted], successfully paying with my credit card. However, on December 24, [redacted], my order was refunded one by one without any explanation or contact. I have a credit card with a large limit, so I am certain the issue is not on my end. This is the 10th time I'm addressing this issue. I placed an order on Wish for a wall desk organizer and a love seat that transforms into a bed, paying through PayPal. However, I have not received either item, and now PayPal is pressuring me for payment. PayPal has transferred the funds to Wish, but the products were not shipped. Wish must refund PayPal. I refuse to pay for items I haven't received. I intend to share my disappointing experience with Wish on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation!
