Hello, I bought a phone from your company as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the device is not working well with my service provider. I have been trying to get a return label to send the phone back and get a refund, but I keep getting a message saying they can't generate the label. I just want to return this phone and get my money back so I can buy a different one for my wife for Christmas. Thank you.

I placed an order and requested a refund due to account problems. Despite my account being resolved, I still haven't received my refund. I recently placed a new order, but I was only refunded for 2 out of 7 items. This has resulted in a $[redacted] loss, and I am eager to receive either all the items I ordered or a full refund. I am willing to go to court if wish does not resolve this issue promptly. While my boyfriend has had no problems with wish, I have encountered multiple issues. I expect to receive all my refunded items before Christmas or to have my account credited accordingly. The situation needs to be resolved immediately to avoid legal action.

I recently received 3 items from your company: 2 dog coats and a blue shirt. The blue shirt looks different from what I purchased, and the dog coats are too small. Despite reaching out through email multiple times with questions and requests, I have not received any response. I am hoping to return these items for a refund, as indicated on your website that the process is simple. Please provide me with an RMA label so I can proceed with the return. Thank you.

I have been experiencing fraudulent activity in my accounts. There are two accounts involved, and it seems someone is redirecting my packages, taking over the accounts, changing the shipping address and payment details to claim the products I purchased. They have fraudulently used both our debit and credit cards for purchases. I need to ensure that all packages are sent to my address. The account numbers affected are ending in [redacted] and [redacted]. They have also hacked into my email and phone, deleting any responses. Despite sending multiple complaints, I have not received any help. The items that were being processed suddenly got refunded. The person responsible has even confessed to changing the shipping addresses and making unauthorized purchases. They also hacked into my wish account, using my refunds to order more items for themselves. I keep trying to fight them off, but they continuously take over my purchases. I am not receiving any notifications about my packages anymore. They have deleted my wish accounts and changed payment methods and shipping addresses on orders. They have even stolen my wish cash. I need all the orders with changed payments to be corrected, and my wish cash restored. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve this through emails have been futile because they keep deleting them. I am exhausted from battling this alone and need assistance from a live person at wish. I have requested a call multiple times but have received no response. This situation is urgent as these items are meant for my family's Christmas presents. They have tampered with multiple accounts, including phone accounts. I am reachable at [redacted] or [redacted]. I purchased a Christmas gift and received a refund for shipping but was advised to wait until January, which is after Christmas. I would like the expedited shipping fee waived so I can reorder the item in time. Additionally, I purchased three items at a lower advertised price and would like the price difference credited back to my account. I have already contacted support about this issue, expressing my concerns about potential false advertising and lack of professionalism in handling the matter.

I placed an order for a Flashdrive taser on November 19th with an expected delivery date of December 13th. After it did not arrive, I contacted customer support and was informed that it should arrive by December 19th. Today is the 19th and I have yet to receive my order. If it does not arrive, I would like to request a refund to the card linked to my account. Thank you.

My account has been hacked. I was waiting for a large order, but now I'm unsure of its status. I got an email from Wish about an email address change request I didn't make. I've already canceled my card but need help locating my order. If this isn't resolved today, I will ask my bank to cancel and refund all transactions with Wish.

I am requesting $40 Wish Cash and free shipping for one month based on my recent disappointing experience. I ordered a full-size queen blanket, but received a much smaller doll blanket instead. The customer service I received was also very unsatisfactory. The misrepresentation on the website has caused me a lot of frustration and mental distress.

Hello, I placed an order with Wish for some items as Christmas presents. Unfortunately, the due date has passed, and I am disappointed that they have not arrived. I have tried to contact customer service, but it hasn't been helpful. I just keep getting the same response. I am very upset about this situation and would like to know when my items will be delivered and why they have not arrived by the overdue due date. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a car radio screen from your company, but there seems to be a problem with the screen. Initially, I thought it was an issue with my car, but it turns out it's a problem with your product. The issue lies with the Bluetooth setting in the radio. When I turn the radio off, the Bluetooth connection remains active, causing the screen to stay on but the backlight to turn off, draining my car's battery because of your screen. I would appreciate a prompt solution from your end.

I have been eagerly anticipating the delivery of my package, which I paid $40 for, with tracking number LN[redacted]37CN. Initially, it was scheduled to arrive before Dec. 12, but the date was then pushed back to Dec. 19. I reside in a close-knit community where misdeliveries are usually rectified quickly, but I have not received any calls regarding my package. The extended delay has tested my patience, and I am beginning to feel frustrated. I am contemplating that perhaps I should have opted to purchase the item from a more reliable source like Amazon.

I purchased three items a month ago — tooth whitener, mobile phone holder for cars, and a wig. Despite receiving emails confirming their dispatch and being charged for them, none of the items have been delivered. I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of resolution after multiple attempts to address this issue. Please investigate and inform me of your plan to resolve this matter. I canceled an item, but the $71 was deducted from my account and hasn't been refunded yet. The order was canceled on Nov 30th. I checked my account after the purchase and the money was taken out. I cancelled it through your system as advised, but the refund has not been processed.

I ordered three blouses at $8 each, but I was charged $[redacted] extra without my consent. I checked my card and saw seven charges instead of the three items I ordered. I want to cancel everything and get my money back. This is fraudulent and I won't tolerate it. Either refund me the full amount or deliver the three blouses at $8 each. I won't be making any more purchases if this isn't resolved.

I have already contacted you everywhere about my complaint, but I have not received any response, not even via email. They charged me without my consent by using the number of my card. If you don't refund me for the three blouses at $8 each that I ordered today, I don't want anything. I want my money back on my card. When I placed the order, it said to swipe my card, but they charged me $[redacted] without swiping it. This is unacceptable. I am not wealthy, and you can't just take my money. If you don't refund me, I want all my money back on my card, and I won't purchase from you again.

I purchased a hover soccer toy supposed to be a foam air soccer thing for my grandson to play with. It should glide across the floor. The package mentioned a ball included and the requirement of 3 AAA batteries. However, upon receipt, I only got the rubber piece without the ball or anything else. I am confused as to how to insert the 3 batteries in the rubber piece when there seems to be no place for them, and there is also no ball included. I am disappointed as my grandson will be let down. I also ordered the hover football, and now I am concerned it will be the same situation.

I've purchased Christmas gifts, and the app is requesting further identity verification. I've already provided my driver's license photos but now it's asking for a bank statement picture. Due to previous identity theft incidents, I'm uncomfortable sharing this sensitive information. I'm worried this may ruin Christmas for many recipients. If this cannot be resolved, I may have to avoid shopping on this platform again.
