I wanted to order items. Went to check out. Did the payment for the order with iDeal as I always do. When I got redirect back to the wish app it says something went wrong and I should proceed to checkout again.*But meanwhile the charge has been made to by bank account. So now I did pay but the order hasn't been placed.**So i wanted them to check if the order was placed or not and if not to refund the money.**But i get emails from costumer support saying:*****************You have a new message from the Wish Support team relating to (number).**Read the full message and reply directly from the Wish app.**To add additional comments, reply to this email.**********But the message is nowhere to be found in the Wish app.*So i sent a email back asking them to just sent the message over email because i cant find it in the app and i get the above message in return.**So where can i read the message from costumer support and how to i get my money back?
