I was trying to get a refund for some items that have gone missing in transit ... Hi, *I have a couple of issues at present that I can't seem to get sorted with the support bot.*The first is order no: *d*d*c****fd*b**c*c**d** which was due to arrive **.**.**, then **.**.** but has still not shown up so I tried to cancel the order to get my money back but the bot is saying that it is still processing the order and that I've already tried to cancel (which I hadnt)*The second is with order no: *d*d*c****fd*b**c*c**d** which is also late (due to arrive **.**.**) but doesn't appear to have even left China so I also tried to cancel that to get my money back to order the same item from another, more reputable seller, but the bot is saying the same again. I am waiting on some other late items also but they do appear to be in transit.*I would like this sorting by full refund before I look to take my business elsewhere. The assistant bot kept giving the same useless, incorrect answers without the option of speaking to a person, which it has done before
I would like both items refunding, either by wishcash or back to PayPal.
I have spent a lot of money on wish since discovering the site and they are my first port of call should I need any new items
I've tried to use the boys on the main site and also filled out a form on their help centre
