This is my second attempt to address this issue. WISH debited my account on 8th November [redacted] for a laptop I did not order. The email notification of the purchase and subsequent cancellation was received while I was at work as a prison officer. Due to work restrictions, I could not immediately address the situation. After discovering the unauthorized transaction, I promptly contacted my bank, canceled the debit, and contacted WISH through multiple emails without resolution. Despite uploading requested bank statements six weeks ago, the funds remain inaccessible. I am seeking guidance on how to communicate with a representative from WISH. Additionally, my husband used his linked card on a separate occasion, which may have led to confusion. We are willing to keep the funds as credit but would like to regain access. To whom it may concern, I have been a loyal customer of your company for years. You offer a beautiful and wide variety of products, ranging from electronics, shoes, clothing, hair care, jewelry, gardening supplies, and much more at very affordable prices. However, I must address the issue with your shipping costs, which have become unreasonably high. Recently, I wanted to purchase a pillow cover for two dollars and a toilet seat cover for two dollars, but the total cost would have been $13, with shipping accounting for nine dollars. This seemed completely absurd to me. In today's market, there is fierce competition, with many stores nearby and numerous online retailers offering better deals, such as promo codes and free shipping. Regrettably, I have decided to discontinue my business with Wish. I appreciate the service you once provided, but due to this shipping cost issue, I have to bid farewell to Wish.

Hello, my name is Wilma H. I ordered two dolls from Wish. The order was processed on March 28th, and the last update I received was on March 30th. Since then, I have not received any more updates. On April 3, [redacted], I placed an order for a laptop, but quickly realized it was the wrong one. Within minutes, I tried to change or cancel the order but faced difficulties. I attempted to reach out to Wish customer service, but the automated system directed me to text them and wait 2 to 3 days for a response. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the item was processed and shipped on April 4th, which I wanted to prevent on April 3rd itself. I am very frustrated by this situation and demand a cancellation of the order and a refund promptly. Waiting 30 days after it is shipped is unacceptable to me.

Dear Customer Service, Starting in January [redacted], I received products from orders I prepaid for. Unexpectedly, our community faced consecutive snowstorms, leaving us buried under five and a half feet of snow. This prevented me from reaching the post office for deliveries. Due to the extreme weather, postal trucks were unable to access our area. Consequently, I couldn't collect the packages, and they were returned to the post office. Despite these circumstances being out of my control, my account has been suspended for excessive returns. I had no hand in causing or resolving this issue. I kindly request for some consideration and to have my account reinstated.

I frequently make purchases on Wish. Recently, I used my PayPal account for payment, as I have done in the past. Now, I have been notified that I am receiving refunds for my orders. This is concerning because I genuinely needed these items, many of which were gifts or personal purchases. I made multiple transactions totaling a significant amount of money, with one order alone costing $[redacted]. Despite the notifications of refunds, the money has not appeared back in my account yet. I would prefer to receive the items I ordered, but if that is not possible, I expect a prompt refund to repurchase the items elsewhere. Not having a direct phone number to discuss this issue only adds to my frustration. The total amount of $[redacted].79 missing from my account is substantial for me, and I hope to resolve this matter soon.

I ordered a watch initially, but when I checked my order status, I saw there were five watches with an inflated price. The entire order was then canceled, and I reordered just one watch and received it a few days later. Surprisingly, I got another watch a couple of days afterward, followed by a box of four more watches. I am now notified about another watch on the way. I placed two orders with your company, but I am having trouble changing my shipping address. Despite many attempts to update it to 90 Prairie Avenue apartment [redacted] Mattoon, Illinois [redacted], the system keeps reverting to the old address at 17th Place Apartments. I am concerned about the security of my order, as I no longer reside at the previous address. I have already paid for the items and I cannot proceed with any more orders until this issue is resolved. I have been experiencing difficulty entering the raffle for the past 5 days. Despite visiting the app every night, I am not seeing the option to participate. I have been a loyal customer of Wish for 3 years and have generally been satisfied with my orders. The raffle is scheduled for 9 to 9:15, but it never seems to be available at 9. If this issue persists, I may have to stop using the app for future purchases. I value the raffle feature and its importance to me, as it is something I anticipate each night. After making multiple orders in a short period, my bank flagged some transactions as potential fraud. Despite explaining the situation to their fraud department and providing my ID, I'm now unable to place any orders on Wish.com using my credit cards as my account is blocked. Even when attempting to use PayPal, I still face the same issue. I want to verify my identity and prove that the cards belong to me. How can I resolve this and have my account unblocked? I am eager to speak with a customer service representative for assistance in sorting out this problem promptly.

I purchased a yellow handbag; however, I received a black and yellow item that is completely different from what I ordered. The quality is low, and the style doesn't match my choice. I specifically wanted a full yellow bag without any black in it. I needed it to complement my yellow and blue outfit, and the black doesn't go with anything. Moreover, the received bag doesn't justify the price I paid. I am requesting a full refund for the incorrect item so I can purchase the right yellow bag from a different seller.

I recently received an AMZN-FIRESTICK and all the pieces were included. However, I encountered a problem with the remote control. Despite replacing the batteries, it does not light up or function. Hello, I recently purchased Beats Solo 3 headphones from the Wish app. Upon receiving them, I encountered some issues and requested a refund. Wish promptly provided me with a return label, which I printed and used to send back the package after three days. However, after waiting for two weeks, I became confused about the status of my return. Despite reaching out via email, Wish directed me to their in-app support, which did not offer solutions to my problem. Subsequent emails went unanswered, and when I tracked the package, it appeared to have been "returned to sender." I am uncertain why this occurred and worried that Wish may have provided an incorrect address to hinder my refund process. Despite my efforts to address the issue by requesting a new return label, I received the same one. I am concerned about the lack of assistance from Wish's customer service and fear that I may not receive a refund.

I'm Diana Fernandez. I purchased around 20 items on January 27, [redacted], but my order status shows that 2 watches and 2 wigs were delivered when I only bought one wig and haven't received it. Additionally, a small WiFi spy cam is missing. I contacted the seller, who claims they sent it and it was delivered, suggesting I check with the post office. The post office, on the other hand, advises me to contact the company. I feel it's unfair, considering the amount spent and the lack of resolution. Despite numerous messages sent, I struggle to access them on any of my devices.

I recently received my ring box order, but unfortunately, all the glass inside was shattered due to poor packaging for its long journey. I don't have a cell phone but can provide details via landline. I'm unable to take a photo to show the damage. Surprisingly, I've been asked to cover the return shipping cost. I recently purchased three items from Wish - a pink mermaid dress, a black sleeveless dress, and a blue dress that I requested to be altered to neon yellow. Unfortunately, the snakeskin dress I ordered was canceled and I need it added back to my order. I haven't been able to reach a live customer service representative and it's very frustrating. The snakeskin dress was essential for a special event I have planned, and I am disappointed it was removed from my order. I am hoping for a resolution, such as shipping the dress express or providing some form of compensation for the mistake. I value your service and intend to make more purchases in the future if this issue can be corrected promptly.

I have encountered an ongoing issue with several orders that I have not received. Each time I reach out through the app to report non-delivery, I am informed that there has been a shipping problem causing delays, but the package is still on its way. Unfortunately, this problem has persisted for months, with the status of my deliveries remaining unchanged. Despite my attempts to address the situation, I am consistently informed that I am beyond the refund timeframe for these undelivered items. I have orders dating as far back as September [redacted] that are still outstanding, with some as recent as February also missing. Out of a total of 15 orders I have placed, only 6 have been successfully delivered. Additionally, in instances where items did arrive but were too small, the delayed delivery caused me to miss the refund period, leaving me with no recourse for return or exchange. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and it has left me feeling quite disillusioned about the legitimacy of this service. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue.

I have ordered two items from your website, and unfortunately, I have encountered issues both times. The first item was a wig described as cute sassy, but it did not resemble the picture at all. It looked more like something my grandmother would wear, and it was not worth the trouble of returning it. Secondly, I ordered a lingerie set in XXXL size, but I received a petite size instead. I am disappointed with every item I have received from your company, and I cannot afford to keep buying from you if the orders are not correct. I hope other consumers are not facing the same problems. It is frustrating to feel cheated, especially when money is hard to come by nowadays. I recently purchased a ladies leather handbag using my PayPal account. After checking my confirmation, I discovered that the handbag was scheduled to be shipped to the wrong address. Despite updating my address in my account, it seems my old address is still on file. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Wish. I purchased 50 Set Metal No Sewing Press Studs Buttons Snap Fastener Poppers from the store "cathyangel" and it was supposed to arrive by January 22, [redacted]. However, the product did not arrive on time, and instead, I received a package containing a PS2 to HDMI Converter Model G300 after returning from vacation. It seems like the seller intentionally sent me the wrong item to avoid sending the product I actually ordered. I am frustrated and let down by Wish's response claiming it is too late for a refund. This experience has shattered my trust in the website. I have been a loyal customer of Wish, believing it to be a reliable platform until now. This incident of receiving a completely unrelated item and not being able to resolve the issue is unacceptable. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have to share my negative experience with my friends. I urge you to address this matter and restore my faith in Wish.
