Hey, I had ordered a beats headset solo *’s from the wish app. When I received them I had issues with it so I filled for a refund. Wish quickly sent me a return label and I has happy. I printed it and sent it out after three days of having the package. A week went by then another week went by, I just didn’t understand what was going on. I emailed them and they kept telling me to use the in app support for help. But the choices there didn’t help me and I kept trying to the tell the person that it isn’t working. Then they stopped replying to my emails. I tracked the package again because last time it said it was delivered. Then it said it “return to sender”. I have no idea why. Did wish give me a false address so I won’t be able to get a refund? Their service is so bad, I just want to talk to someone so they can help me. The package is at the post office in my city and will be sent to my house soon. I even requested for a return label and I was sent the same one. Why would I send the package back to just get it back again? Wish’s customer service can’t even help me, I’m so worried that I might not get my money back. I don’t know what to do because they don’t want to help me.
