I cancelled an order on the **th before wish could process the package but they processed the money and took it from my account. They Said it could take up to ** days for the refund to go through. That would have been the **th. And I still have yet to see it as of the **th. Wish has not responded to my emails and when I call it tells me the number is not available at the moment. I need help to get this refund done and I am out of options.

I've been a customer for awhile and I have had issues with some of their products. But I had taken photo proof of every issue to show that it was a legit issue with the product. Such as cloths being to small, jewelery not being what I had order, and toys not functioning at all.
I have used customer support on the app and it tells me I'm in bad standings and need to order more products to become in good standings then I'll be able to speak to them. I have emailed support@wish.Com and I also have tried the support phone number. Which gets you nowhere
