Trying to get a refund on everything that I've asked for but can't because my account has been audited and in bad standing. ... First off I want to say wish's a piece of **** and I will never ******* buy from them ever again. OK now on to my first of many issues. I bought a stamped .*** sterling silver bracelet and when I got home it stuck to a magnet which means its fake. Now on to another issue I have with wish ive had my account somehow audited and can no longer get refunds which is also bullshit they tell me I can get in good standing by continuing to buy so I did "duh stupid on my part". I need help on a resolution on getting my money back for all the crappy **** I've bought and been shipped. I want wish to refund all my money for everything that I have asked for and put my account back in good standing.
This has been the most frustrating of any website I've ever had to deal with because I have had plenty of things shipped from different places and all over the world and they gotten to me on time without fail. I have numerous things that have come from wish that have been broken misplaced or just all around defective and there's nothing I can do about it because of my frozen account which they did for excessive refunds even tho I did everything that they asked for via pics, tracking info, etc.
I want my account in good standing I want the refunds for everything that I asked for and I never want to be put on restriction again otherwise I'm going to my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint like I should have done a long time ago but didn't cuz I'm a very nice person.
I have been a customer since December of last year and in ** months they put me on restriction because of my excessive returns. it's not my fault I'm a very picky person and they cannot seem to ship **** without having something broken misplaced or defective or just not show up at all.
Yes I have tried getting ahold of them numerous and numerous times and without fail i get the same response that I'm on restriction and that they can't do **** about it so this is why I'm going through you guys to help me out I really need your guys's help plz.
