An item I ordered from wish and paid express shipping for that was guaranteed to arrive by Dec **,****, wish then changed the date to Dec **,**** l, which is precisely the reason I paid express shipping, as the car was supposed to be a Christmas gift! And still the item hasn’t been delivered, I get nothing but automated email responses, and I have yet to get one in a timely manner!! I have asked for a refund numerous times now, and that has been ignored as well!! All I want is my money back!! I will never use wish again!! I thought I was using a trustable noteworthy business to do some of my holiday shopping... but I am now feeling as if that decision was horribly wrong!! The RC Car isn’t the only missing item either, wish gave a refund on an iPad mini case that was in the same order!! There doesn’t seem to be any way of talking to an actual human at wish about this!! That alone is very concerning for me!! This is something that should be made aware to the paying customer when their trusting a company with their money!! It honestly makes me wonder if this may be a reoccurring problem for wish!! I would line this issue resolved!! I would like a full refund on the item!!
