I was trying to cancel a order made by accident. ... I accidentially placed an order on with Wish.com. It was five items that I was thinking about buying and I hit the wrong button by mistake and bought all five items! I immediately cancelled the order. I was notified very soon after, that my order was cancelled, however, only the first item of the five items of my order were canceled - and I have been charged for the remaining four items which have now been shipped!
I feel they don't realize they may be working to fast perhaps - which can cause errors.
The merchant shipped the items in error. Even after I cancelled the order. I feel I should be reimbursed for all five items requested in my cancellation. Not just one of five.
I am a very new customer...
I have written several times to Wish.com... They keep saying they will get back to me.
