I have an order pending payment with Order ID: 5bfa9709abe5f13fa4a6a2e7. The bank blocked the card payment, but after contacting them, the payment should go through now. I kindly request that the order be processed promptly. Unfortunately, I have experienced challenges reaching your customer service. Multiple unhelpful emails have been exchanged with no resolution or assistance. Throughout the morning, I have been attempting to contact Wish via phone and email without success. It is surprising how difficult it has been to make a payment. If payment cannot be completed today, please cancel the order as I am hesitant to make future purchases with your company. The lack of responsiveness through phone and email has been frustrating. I am hoping for a simple confirmation that the payment will be processed.

I, Lyle Deskin, authorized a payment for an order in my shopping cart on your site but encountered difficulties completing the transaction. The total cost of the order is $[redacted].94, and it contains Christmas presents for our children and grandchildren. I am eager for them to receive these gifts we've been trying to purchase for the past three weeks. I am willing to pay for express shipping to ensure timely delivery. The credit card used ends in [redacted], and the last four digits of the social security number associated with it are [redacted]. The card expires on 04/19, and the CVC is [redacted]. The order is to be delivered to [redacted] W. 4th St., Pecos, Texas [redacted]. Due to my wife losing her bank card, items were returned to Wish. I made a purchase on the website using two different payment methods but then decided to cancel my orders due to the estimated arrival date being after Christmas. I found out that my refund from the cancellations was locked into the site for use only on the app. I used the refunded amount to buy items marked for quicker delivery, but now those orders have also been canceled by Wish without any explanation. My money is now stuck in the app, and I am unable to access it to buy Christmas gifts for my kids. I need assistance in getting my money back into my bank accounts.

I have made around 15-20 orders back in early August, many with multiple items. In early September, I decided to move long distance and promptly informed Customer Service to reroute my pending orders to the new address. Despite receiving refunds for some items that couldn't be rerouted, a few were already shipped and couldn't be redirected. While most of my recent orders have arrived post-move, there are still several missing items with constantly changing delivery dates. Whenever I try to follow up on these missing items or seek refunds, I'm unable to do so due to my account being "FLAGGED". List of missing items: - 9/26: 90* Right Angle Picture Clamp, initial delivery date 11/05 - 11/12 - 9/26: [redacted] pc. Sanding bands, initial delivery date 11/07 - 11/14 - 9/26: 2 Food Storage Containers, initial delivery date 11/05 - 11/12 - 10/13: 10 pc. Couplers/Cake, initial delivery date 11/17 - 11/24 I've attempted to track these items, but the details provided are outdated and unhelpful. While satisfied with previous purchases, I'm currently upset and expect the company to fulfill their end of the deal by either delivering my items or issuing refunds promptly.

Salve, ho effettuato numerosi acquisti sul vostro sito ma purtroppo alcuni articoli non sono mai arrivati. Dopo aver contattato l'assistenza di Wish, mi è stato chiesto se tali articoli fossero stati ricevuti e, alla mia risposta negativa, mi è stato detto di aspettare ulteriori 15 giorni, ripetendo questa procedura più volte. Alla fine mi è stato comunicato che era troppo tardi per richiedere un rimborso e che il mio account era stato segnalato per rimborsi eccessivi. Non dipende da me se i prodotti che acquisto non arrivano. Attualmente non posso più segnalare ritardi o mancate consegne e ho subito una perdita economica. Come possiamo risolvere la situazione?

I'm having trouble returning an item as the process requires me to upload a picture of the defective part, which I am unable to do. I tried contacting [redacted] but didn't make any progress. I simply want to return the defective item without facing unnecessary obstacles. The difficulty in returning items has been unexpected, and it has left me feeling frustrated. Once I receive the rest of my orders, I will not be using this site again.

Hello, I am Justin Ziobrowski. I am contacting you regarding an issue I have been experiencing for the past week. I purchased a backup camera from your website from a reputable dealer. The item arrived on time and in perfect condition. However, the problem lies in false advertising. The website advertised a backup camera with a dash kit, but I only received the kit without the camera. I contacted support, and they apologized for the inconvenience but insisted on refunding the $16 after I shipped the item back to them. The issue is that the shipping cost from China is higher than what I paid for the product. It doesn't seem fair that I should pay more for shipping when it was their mistake in the first place. I am seeking a full refund and request them to cover the shipping costs. This seems to be a recurring problem based on numerous negative reviews from other customers.

Dear Wish Team, I have been a loyal customer for years. Recently, I noticed that an item was ordered and delivered to a different location using PayPal, a payment method I do not use. Upon logging back in, I am being asked to provide a recent bank statement to verify my transactions. Although it seems there was a refund for a phone case, I cannot locate it on my account, and my order history shows a purchase and cancelation of a pair of socks which I did not make. Please allow me to make a new transaction so I can provide the necessary bank statements to verify my identity. I am eager to resolve this confusion and appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

While shopping, I added 40 items to my cart to compare. To my shock, I received a receipt for over $[redacted]. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel, as I didn't intend to place the order. They canceled only one item, so I messaged repeatedly to cancel the rest, but was told it was too late and advised to wait until the merchandise arrived. I've been corresponding with each seller for over 2 months now, with no refunds or solutions. Returning the items overseas will be costly and time-consuming. Wish.com's customer service hasn't been helpful, and their guarantee seems worthless. This ordeal has been frustrating and expensive. I urge others to avoid Wish.com due to their poor handling of this situation. I expect Wish.com to provide prepaid return labels for all items due to their system error. It's been a disappointing experience, and I just want a full refund without the hassle.

I placed an order for two rings on October 18, [redacted], but I have yet to receive them as of November 27, [redacted]. Unfortunately, Wish support is refusing to issue a refund due to a previous refund request for damaged phone cases. This situation is frustrating as the rings were meant to be a Thanksgiving gift. I have lost confidence in Wish's services until this issue is resolved entirely. While one ring was refunded, the other was not, and the total refund amount should be $10.60. Wish's support team mentioned that only $5.30 would be reimbursed partially due to multiple refund requests. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly to restore my trust in Wish's products and customer service.

I ordered three items from Fortnite - a hoodie, a PlayStation sticker, and shorts. I received confirmation that they were dispatched over two weeks ago, but they have not arrived yet. Additionally, I ordered jogging bottoms in size 8-9, but they look like they are for a 4-year-old. This is my first time ordering from you, and it's a Christmas present for my son. I would like the bottoms to be re-ordered in a larger size, possibly a 10-11 or 12-13, as the sizes do not match the items. I placed an order on November 17 for $[redacted].00 with expedited 3 to 5-day delivery. However, I recently received a notification that my order will not arrive until December 20 or even January 20. This delay is unacceptable, especially since it is a Christmas gift similar to one I ordered from you for my girlfriend last year, which had a similar delay. I have been shopping with you for over a year and have generally been satisfied with my purchases. However, I have not received 2 items from Wish and 1 item from Geek. The items from Wish are the Real Capacity Flash Drive SD Card purchased in August with an expected delivery date of October 16th, and the 20 PCS Brush Electric Toothbrush Replacement heads purchased in July with an expected delivery date of August 21st. From Geek, I ordered the Portable Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker with Suction Cup in August with an expected delivery date of October 16th. All these items are over 1 month past the expected delivery date, and I have not received them. I am requesting a refund. Have you lost my delivery address? I received the jacket with tracking number 3A5V[redacted]40, but it does not fit. I have tried reaching out via email and messages on the app under order history, but have not received a response. I am seeking a refund for the jacket. I also purchased 2 dresses with tracking number LN[redacted]58CN, unfortunately, they do not fit. I was refunded for the red one, but not the blue one. Despite multiple attempts to contact you, I have been unable to get through on the provided phone number. I am frustrated and believe I am entitled to speak with a customer support representative. If I do not hear back from a real person soon, I will consider canceling the payments for these orders. I am prepared to contact the Better Business Bureau to address this issue with your company.

I have placed several orders, encountered issues with four refunds, and not received some items I bought. I tried to repurchase to reconcile but the new orders are also missing. I received the leopard print jacket I ordered, but despite getting a size larger than the suggested chart, it was still too small. The quality and delivery speed impressed me, but my positive experience was tainted by the struggle to contact customer service about the sizing issue. I tried the jacket on immediately after it arrived, along with the boots. However, the non-functioning apps caused me hours of frustration yesterday and today as I tried to reach out for assistance. This lack of human customer service is disappointing and not unexpected in today's profit-driven market. Please process a refund and arrange for the jacket and boots to be picked up. I am extremely disappointed that items from my orders keep going missing. I purchased a stainless steel bread box for $24.95 some time ago and never received it. The tracking information shows that it was delivered to Australia Post, but I can confirm that I did not get the package. Customer support mentioned that I can't receive a refund and only a replacement, which I find unfair since I didn't cause the issue. As a customer, I believe you have a responsibility to ensure that the ordered items reach the recipient, especially when payment is made upfront. If I don't hear back promptly on resolving this matter, I will have to involve my bank to dispute the payment. I insist on a proper resolution, like receiving the missing item or getting a refund. I am seeking a full refund for a few items I ordered two months ago that have continuously had their delivery dates changed without arriving. I am extremely disappointed with the service from the Wish site and the items I have yet to receive are an ashtray, a bra and panty set, and an eyebrow tint pencil. I find it unacceptable that after this long, I still haven't received my items. Moreover, the shipping cost for one of the items exceeds the product's price. I have already informed Wish of my request for a refund, including a refund for the shipping costs, but have not received a satisfactory resolution. Unless I receive my refund promptly, I will have to escalate the matter further. Kindly refund both the cost of the items and the shipping expenses as soon as possible.

We have been purchasing from Wish for over a year. We are facing difficulties trying to purchase the items in our cart as a payment issue message is blocking our transaction. We have confirmed with PayPal that our credit cards are in order for purchases. Despite reaching out to Wish seven times, we have not received any response. The disabled veterans we are ordering for need to receive their items promptly. If the issue persists and the block is not removed by 11/30/18, we will cancel the 17 items in our cart and consider buying from other platforms like Amazon or eBay.
